Hmmm, the thing is, how would they know that Richie's going out would be "unexpected"? His SD hasn't been aired yet so idk why TPTB would predict that when the public thinks that Sasha's the frontrunner right now.

Or do you think TPTB would have the foresight to predict that Richie's elimination would be a shocker because he'll be edited as the frontrunner as the season goes on...?

IDK I keep going back and forth between Sash and Richie being F1!

IDK I keep going back and forth between Sash and Richie being F1!

Remember the season promo? We didn't even know who Richie was except when that promo came along? All of a sudden Richie, Richie, Richie.

And Richie has been narrating the entire time, more than anyone else on the show and more than the other F3 and yet he hasn't even had a single date yet and gets the least cocktail party time.

But they always show Richie narrating the episodes, talking in ITMs about how he really wants to go on a date with Sam, and how he hopes he gets a rose, and we see him receive all his roses at RCs and he is either first called or close to first.

The edit is pushing Richie to be the F1 and Sam in interview has said the same "he is the underdog" and all the viewers are saying Richie because Sasha is too obvious and Richie is the perfect dark horse to be F1 edit to cast doubt on Sasha the obvious one (so opposite of Heather and Snez).

So I see Richie getting pushed for F1-edit (like Heather did) and then BAM! He is eliminated and blindsided and shocked and he was the favorite by then.

jmo but that's how TPTB are making this happen. They know what they are doing. They used Heather to cover for Snez and I think they are using Richie to cover for Sasha. :Nod:

Completely agree, Richie is being used to cover up for sasha and michael is used as the guy that will handle the heart break the most which is why Sam will leave Richie at F3, michael for F2 and F1 for sasha. TBH IMO it has always been sasha as F1 and it will always be Sasha

Richie = blindsided guy who gets his heart broken and shown as most invested in Sam who is his perfect girl and yet dumped as F3.
Michael = inevitable F2 who tries his hardest to act like Sam is his type and squinch his face to emote something, anything at all, as F2.
Sasha = full-circle F1 who will wax on about "Sam is the one for me" at FRC.

@HEA - could sasha HTD be him painting with Sam? As we all know his talent with arts? Makes much more sense and then his FD's be him and Sam Sky diving?

i truly think that sam will single sasha during the goup date with painting... plus they all have messy painting faces. but a the end of the group, dave who struggled with the kids got the pitty evening

Posted in s/cap thread HTD may be painting if not part of the kids GD.
Skydiving is likely episode 6 on a GD - so either part of it or Sasha gets SQT or wins on a GD. Skydiving is definitely not FD because it is in Sydney and FD are in New Zealand.

And yup, Michael is likely not F1 (his own SM activity July 10 supports this) and IMO won't be next Bachelor either. TPTB don't want him as is proof that they turned him down for Sam Wood and no way they will have him as lead when he has negative press already while the show is airing and gets to be F2. Not going to happen. It doesn't matter if Michael is a good guy, what matters is the perception of him which is that he is HOT but a player. Not gonna happen and I can see why they would drag him to F2. Sam is not his type at all, IMO and he's the easiest one to drag all that way and have it be meaningless.
