ChicagoPopcorn! IA with you. There's no reason IMO that she couldn't be the F1. She has a chance just like the remaining ones. The fact that he kept one and not the other, means something IMO.

Thank you! Bob in his season eliminated them BOTH on the same night (first episode).

The fact that Ben kept them both around at least 5+ episodes is a huge sign for me since he didn't just eliminate them both (or even one) right away or 2-3 episodes in.

I also believe based on the videos of them on that football show they have very similar personalities which really bodes well for Emily. I almost would give them both much less chances of winning if they were both still in it at F6. The fact that he eliminated one mid-way through is a great sign he didn't want anything cat-fighty happening later on.


She's my pick followed by Caila.

Here's what I know.  I don't know Ben so my guesses so far have fallen flat.  I will continue to guess based on my own personal bias of who I think will be best for Ben who as I already stated I don't know.     

Eventually by process of elimination one of my guesses will be right.

I've been pretty irked by the blonde to brunette ratio but am I the only one that found it obvious Olivia was just there to expand her career? I was secretly hoping he wouldn't end up with her. The last 3 eliminations were blonde women and he has Caila there who is obviously not blonde so we may be jumping the gun thinking he wants a blonde girl.

Most of those 'blondes' are fake blondes. So, I don't get the difference between a brunette and blonde.

This is just a gut feeling, but I feel like Ben's F1 is going to disappoint a lot of people. I think that people just had REALLY high hopes for him, maybe even to the point that it was unfair. Whenever a lead has super high expectations pre-season, he or she always ends up disappointing. He's a very young guy who himself said he hasn't been in many long-term relationships. Yes, age is just a number but age brings experience, which leads to maturity. I think that the whole talking with Cassandra, Tenley, and maybe Becca before filming was kind of what made me start thinking that he's just a guy, who's getting the most female attention he's ever going to get. A lot of male leads pretty much just pick the one that's the most attractive to them and I could totally see Ben going that route. That's partly why I'm leaning towards Lauren B. We'll see!

Agree. It is the shallow perception though that is being questioned. Not their true color.

I'm sorry if I've caused anyone disappointment. It happened just as I told it for those who asked. Litta can attest to all my "eyes on ground" missions during RFL where I came up with absolutely nothing. I really thought I finally found us a little something.

There is no need to apologize when it comes to sleuthing. Correct or incorrect info, it all comes with the territory.

If ya'll want to go far fetched then consider Amanda being the girl he falls in love and gets engaged to. No lead has ever walked away a step dad of 2 kiddos. So that would be a first.

Do the producers plan for more than 4 HTD in case the bachelor is uncertain or something changes in the week or 2 prior? If not, I have good reason to believe that Olivia will be getting a HTD. I realize that's not a big surprise! I don't want to get anyone in trouble, **edited**]

Emphatically yes. TPTB will contact families of the remaining 6 or so women ahead of time to scout out locations and make plans. Each HTD is a big deal. It takes hours alone to film. There is travel to deal with. Some families do not want TPTB in their homes. So it is rarely done very last minute and they give the 6 or so families a heads up and plan from there.
