N was crucified for it last season and it wasn't even his idea to share it. It was filmed without his permission.

Unfortunately, and I don't know have the answer, but positive public opinion does not seem to extend to Nick. I don't think it can be the editing, b/c the editing for Shawn has not been good. I just don't know.
