The Bachelorette 11 - Kaitlyn Bristowe - Epi 8 July 6th - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

I don't think K is 100 % sure about anything at this point. A normal Bachelorette journey is emotionally draining and this season has been so filled with drama. I see a real connection with N as well. JMHO

When K and S look in the direction where "N is" she has a glass in her hand. She put that glass behind her in the beginning of the scene and I never got the impression she took it back when she was trying to "find the right moment" to tell S. That's just my observation.

Ahhh....it was just a matter of time before one had to interrupt the other....nature of the beast and all. And if that's on the group date I'm going to venture to guess that she wasn't about to tell him when he's on a group date WITH Nick.

Am I the only one who doesn't think Nick saying "intimate" (if he even said it to the guys) constitutes telling the guys they slept together? I use that word when describing environments. "The restaurant was intimate", "The setting was intimate". That's the way I took his comment. It was relaxing, romantic, intimate. In other words "close and comfortable." I see no issue with it and can see no lie on his part.

I don't think that constitutes him telling the guys, nor did I see him as "lying" to Kaitlyn. I believe he kept what happened between the two of them, just as he said he did.

I agree too. Kaitlyn and Nick were using the words 'romantic' and 'intimate' as euphemisms for sex in the conversation between them, because she didn't want to utter the actual S word and he obviously knew what she was alluding to. So Nick denying he used such words was simply him denying he told the guys about the sex or any other details apart from what he's required to share. And he didn't, so IMO it wasn't a lie by any means. Even if he used the word 'intimate' with the guys, or should I say with some of the guys, they clearly had no idea what that entailed apart from the setting, so what does it even matter? It's just semantics. People who think there's no more to Nick than his ATFR comment will take anything he says as him kissing and telling/bragging/manipulating. The end result, however, is that no matter what words he used, the guys had no idea about the sex.

I don't think that the guys assumed that anything like sex happened, yet.  BUT...

IMO, we can split hairs about "intimate" all we want. The point is that Nick and Kaitlyn spoke about "intimate" as in sex....Now you would have to be pretty dumb (I don't think Shawn is dumb. He is sensing that something is different since Nick came on the horizon, and he doesn't trust him....) to not to listen carefully and think about every word your rival said, especially in a multi dating situation.

I guess I judge according to myself-if you're ok I don't pay much attention. However, if you've ever given me a reason (perceived, or real) to not to trust you, I won't miss a thing in the future. If I'm placed in a threatening situation, E-V-E-R-Y move and word will be analyzed and I will see if actions and words match....but that's only if you gave me a reason, otherwise I don't obsess.

keep in mind that Shawn told all the guys that he sees Nick as a manipulator, so I would think that he is just waiting for Nick to slip up with a word, or action. Even as a viewer, I do not see Nick's intentions as honorable, because, imo, he's been around the block with different bettes one too many times. Perhaps, there are ulterior motives, or it's producer contrived. If Nick is sincere with Kaitlyn, then my suspicion is that the guy needs help, because there is no other explanation for his desperate chasing the bettes behavior...Other than Chris Bukowski (the laughing stock), has anyone else chased as many TV bêttes as Nick?

Did anyone call Mary out for "chasing" two Bachelors? Or Shawntel? Or Kacie B?

For that matter any of the cast coming back to be the lead where there are 25 others wooing him/her is in the same boat.

You're so right. I had forgotten about the upcoming group date. This new format makes me lose track of what I have seen in previews or in an episode. In my head I was preparing myself for the FS dates. :shocked!:

I didn't watch all the seasons, but I know Kacie got some flak....you know, the "crazy", what is she doing...again. As I said, many don't take Bukowski seriously.

ET reported that Nick and Whitney met, and were cozy. She rubbed his knee...this was around the time this season started airing...
Nick, imo, set himself up at the ATFR with Andi, and I believe that the guys mentioned some things this season. Perhaps, I paid attention too much about Nick because as much as I didn't care for Andi, I thought he acted badly.

Anyone that appears on a show in this franchise more than once IMO is seeking fame at least in some form. So, YES....I called Shawntel & Kacie B out. Both of whom I like (and I like Nick too). But I STILL think they're after fame or there to promote themselves in some form.
