TPTB have always been this way. It's nothing new. That the cast allow it is their business. There have been oodles and oodles of this kind of stuff since the dawn of the show. It isn't just misogyny either. They have said homophobic type things to male cast and cast shade on sexuality. TPTB suck. They do. As long as cast keep coming back for it and the ratings are good, it will be what it is.
