Idk, while I don't think she's above divulging sex stuff, methinks her friends are trying to help her sell books and overhyping this. Andi and her people would've been plugging that aspect of the book all year if that was the case.

She started it, she did not ask him premission to sleep with him knowing she was not going to choose him, she acted he was her b**** when in reality she acted like a street walker.  He has feelings like everyone else he should have been given the choice to say no/yes since you aren't choosing me I wont sleep with you.  In the new world order there is a more nasty word for what she would be call other than street walker.

She is so yesterday. Why does she think anyone would care? 
 Personally, I hope she gets sued and has to find her own attny to represent her.

Yesterday's news or not, sex sells. And that's exactly why I think she's doing it. I don't have a background in law, can the guys sue her for what she writes about them?

I would think so if she does not ask permission.

If she was lying they probably could. If what she writes is the truth I think it would be much harder to have a solid case.

I doubt it - only if they can prove it's untrue and is damaging to their reputation. I think that's very hard to prove, which is why so many people get away with it. Most of the memoirs celebrities write are about sex or other gossip, yet very few are sued.

They can't sue her as long as what she writes is true. I think a defamation action is based on the statement being untrue. If it's true, then they're not entitled to sue since they can't protect a reputation they don't have.

Being of her parents ages and 6 degrees or less from the Dorfmans, I can not imagine they would be happy or dare I say it, not proud of this.

Not shocked at all. I didn't like it when Courtney did it and I don't like it when it's Andi. I'm not their target though and have no intention of throwing any money their way.

I do understand many see Nick as the villian who did it just to insult MeAndi, but I do understand why he did it and I completely think it's reasonable for him to ask such a question because he's a normal human who has real feeling for her. Anyway, this topic is so old and it has been discussed for so many times. So I'll just stop here.

How can anyone say if she told Josh or not when we weren't in the Fantasy Suite with her and Josh.  He did say, however, on many interviews ATFR that Andi was 100% honest with him when telling him what she did on the show.  Out of all the Bachelorettes on the show I would imagine there are more than just Andi and why she is being called all these bad names is beyond me.   How many others did the same exact thing she did and no one has called them names.  She just happened to pick a guy like Nick who never gave it a second thought to embarrass her and both their families on National TV.  Write her a letter and question her about this if you must but to do what he did is unthinkable to me.  

Also it's been said that these guys go through all kinds of questions before they are accepted on the show as to what would happen if they are the F1, if they can handle it or not.   And we don't know what the producers were saying to her such as don't put all your eggs in one basket because Josh may leave on his own which is what Chris Harrison said in an interview which I believe we still have on this forum.  Chris said the hardest thing they had to do was to try and convince Andi not to put all her eggs in one basket because that Josh could very well leave the show on his own.  Like you said peggy0221, it's old news.  

In my opinion, Andi is a classy girl.  And she is brutally honest so I believe her when she says she hasn't even been on a single date since her break up.   And that is just a choice she has made.  She and Josh are not together now so they each have the right to do what they want to do as far as dating.  Some people find they want to pursue another relationship right away and some people want to take their time.  Yes.  She had dinner with Chris Harrison a couple times but they're close friends and that's it.  As far as all the gossip garbage about her and Sam Hunt that was also false.  Sam Hunt in an interview, which was a live video and not an interview where someone prints what they say he said.  He said he met a couple of lovely ladies after the show, they chatted a little and he went his way and they went their way.  Sam Hunt is also from Georgia and I'm sure they talked about that.

As far as this book is concerned, I know that the only thing that is a sure thing is death and taxes but I will put my neck out and say that I do not believe that Andi will write anything about any  intimate details about her and Josh or anyone else.  And I don't believe that she will trash Josh.  I won't assume what she's going to say or not say until I read the book.  She has the benefit of the doubt with me.  

These are just my personal opinions. BTW: I need to change my picture but don't have a clue how to do it. My son was able to help me do this. I'm waiting for Ben's season to change it.
