Married At First Sight - Season 2 - Sean Varricchio - Davina Kullar - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

I knew there was a reason why jaclyn and Ryan, Cortney and jason have all defended Davina on SM. I think Davina and Sean are not together now. Right or wrong, looks like sides are being taken. We have no idea what Davina or Sean's side is. Maybe the other couples do. ;)

Very interesting...this tells me 2 things:

-Davina and Sean are no longer together
-Things ended ugly and Davina has shared "her side of the story" w. Jaclyn and probably Jess.

Nice of Jaclyn to stick up for her but she needs to understands, she only knows 1 side of the story.  

I agree with some of this but others from the show have been defending too. Now I have a feeling I know why. JMO, but no way these two are still together even if they agreed to stay married. Yes things probably ended "ugly." Divorce is not fun I am sure regardless how long you have been married. JMO

Wonder if Dr. C is on Sean's side.  They spent sometime together earlier this month, I initially thought, it was a good sign that he and Davina are still together. Now I think he may have been checking up on Sean.  

I also thought they looked like they were in a basement of a new house....I did not know what to make of the background....whether it was Sean's house or not.

I started to think about all the couples in the past two season and I recalled an article I read and it think it holds lot of validity especially in the case of S & D.  It is about your LQ, which is short for Likability Quotient.  It is an interesting read.

I can only speak for myself, but from the wedding on, there was something "unlikable" about both S & D to me.   I could not put my finger on why I felt as I did, I just did.  The more I saw of the both of them together, the more I disliked THEM.  Now to compare them to Ryan De Nino, I liked HIM, but disliked his behavior when he tossed the swans off the bed, for example.  That is when I recalled this article.  Again JMO.

In the beginning I wanted to to like both of them individually and as a couple. Over time they have both become unwatchable. Sean kinda skives me out and Davina has become an insufferable, high maintenance princess who wants everything her way. It would be exhausting to live with her I imagine, not that Sean is a picnic. I hope they both get to go their separate ways and I never have to see them on tv ever again.

Here is my opinion-

I knew from the first episode, before Sean was even selected, that there was something off about him. It came through on TV...so how did the "experts" miss it? From the first show, Sean has come across as disingenuous and shallow. I have never thought he was in this to "find his true love". I have always thought he was just a guy who wanted to be on TV/famous. And they even did a segment on the show of how they weeded out all the participants that only wanted to be on TV. So how did Sean get in?

How did the experts not see through his obvious shallowness and insincerity? They are the experts and we are not. I really liked last season because I thought everyone on it was genuinely interested in finding love, except for Jamie at first. But when Dr. C explained that Jaime's ideal of love, given her background, was the reason she went on the bachelor show but that she was honestly looking for love. It turns out she and Doug did fall in love in the end, so I believed it. This season, it is obvious to me that Sean is only interested in Sean and his fame. How did the experts miss this? I am starting to lose faith in the show and its premise. I think it is now just a manufactured reality show, whereas last season it seemed more "real"....and why I think it became so popular on a new, no name network.

I believe the couple of people who know Sean personally and come on here to talk about what he is really like. It just confirms what my first impression, and continued impression, of Sean is. I believe them when they say the guy only wanted to be on the show for fame and he has major issues. Again, what were the experts thinking?

I find Davina to be high maintenance (and it could just be the editing) and think she has many unresolved issues, but I do feel bad for her given the situation she is in and how the experts totally failed her. She is just exhausting to watch.

But why would the experts select a guy who, according to him (which I think is BS), was so devastated over his FWB having a miscarriage that a couple of months later he is signing up for a reality show wanting to get married. How did they not see this as a red flag? The guy has red flags flying all around him!

IMO, Sean is clearly a manipulative person who tells people what he thinks they want to hear. And if all his co-workers, friends, and family all have problems maintaining a relationship with him, wouldn't Doug have given the production crew a heads up about this?

The reunion show should be interesting. I hope Davina discloses how he only came in to NYC to film the show (if that is true, which I believe it is) and how he really wasn't interested in the process, only fame. I hope she calls the experts out on this, and given what we have seen of her personality thus far, I think she will.

Also, JerseyNurse, do all your other colleagues feel the same about Sean? What are their thoughts about him being on TV? has he talked about the show and how he is being portrayed at work? Maybe this will be a wake up call for him when he sees that those around him have issues with him and get the help he needs.

IMO, I think it would be a wake up call for both of them. 

BTW, I keep wondering what my coworkers would say abt me it they were interviewed. Lesson learned: alwaays keep your dirts out of the office.

Couple 1: Ryan Hardy, who I hear has quite the following, marries Olivia Pope. Talk about the in-laws from hell. Will Ryan agree to moving to Washington and being in the limelight? I hear he is a bit of a sociopath. I wonder if Dr. C will be able to figure him out.

Couple 2: Raymond Reddington, a man with a definite mysterious past marries Emily Thorne or Amanda Clark depending on the day and time and who she is with. Talk about multiple personalities. Dr. C will really be put to the test. 

Finally Couple 3: Bruce Jenner marries Piper Chapman. Dr C is having a difficult time putting his finger on who Bruce really is and if he truly does look best in orange. Bruce is convinced orange makes him look fat and older. Who needs that? And Piper, well Piper is simply Piper.

When they first introduced the singles, I initially wanted Sean and Davina to be paired, thinking they'd be such a cute couple. Now, I cringe every time they come on and wish they'd skip them and move on to the other two couples!

Maybe there should be a spin-off and next season Davina marries Vaughn and Sean marries Monet. Talk about fireworks! Haha
