That clip was very choppy, one minute he's nodding his head, the next he's very still. It looks to me as he's listening to her, and probably thinking at the same time.

Exactly!!! I personally don't buy it that they DIDN'T sleep together. Regardless I'm not seeing Sean be upset about (allegedly) not having sex. I see him being patient with her. Why else would he move to Manhattan? If he was just looking for sex then he could have stayed in Jersey and get a little on the side while pretending for the cameras... Just sayin'

Yeah, the clip makes her look just completely psycho, but I can see where she's coming from because once she refused to sleep with him, Sean seems to have totally checked out in terms of pursuing her or showing her any affection. Man, don't sleep with them too early, don't sleep with them too late, what is a gal to do?!

Not sleep with them at all! Until they prove they're worth it. That's what Davina seems to be doing, and good for her! If he loses interest because he has to wait and actually make some effort to woo her, then he's obviously not worth it. I think he's used to getting some without much effort involved and probably thought he could skip the wooing part altogether by getting married at first sight. Now he's realising that it doesn't work that way and he still has to earn her affection like he would in a normal relationship.

I don't see any reason to believe they did it on the wedding night. Sean wouldn't have to ask her if she's noisy during sex, if they'd already had it. Not that he has to ask that anyway.

Sean is right...Davina probably makes 2-3 times his salary...easily!   That has to be another issue for him. He's intimidated and this is another reason he probably withdraws..

Is that a BMW, they're driving in?   $3100 a month for a studio :shocked!: Come on Davina!! Does it have to be in NY?

Very true but the vibe with these two just seems off to me. I almost put them in a whole other category than the last three couples on season 1. Monet and Vaughan had the whole sexual chemistry thing going for them. Courtney and Jason had the chemistry plus they really seemed to like each other. Jamie was just so vulnerable and Doug so patient with her and their friendship grew into love and respect.

IMO Davina and Sean just seem to be on two different pages with the chemistry fizzling out and the friendship seeming a bit forced.

I am having a hard time getting a read on them:
Is Davina too high maintenance and set up expectations/hurdles that no mortal can overcome?
Is Sean a manipulative and selfish guy with a huge chip on his shoulder no woman can knock off and no smart woman wants to try?
Is this all just crazy editing and over emphasis of drama?  

IMO I think it's a combo of the above. The more Davina gets to know Sean, the more she realizes that he is not living up to her fairytale - and that might be fair or unfair to Sean but it's what I am seeing from the edit being shown to us. As a result, Sean is losing some steam and it might end up with both realizing that the match is not worth fighting for/compromising over.

Will be interesting to see what happens next ...

Ignoring all the negative comments posted about Sean, I still get an uncomfortable feeling about him. He just seems to be awkwardly inappropriate (seriously who brings up the baby story on Christmas and on TV? He could have said I would like kids and I have an issue I would like to discuss with you privately).
I get that Davina is overwhelmed and wants to stay in her territory but I think it is a bad move on her part for a number of reasons: shows lack of commitment, shows lack of consideration, shows insecurity, shows selfishness. Even Fort Lee or Hoboken would have been more reasonable. Also their personal home styles are so different - Sean seems to like a kind of homey, comfortable style and Davina seems much more urban. I assume that the show is helping them economically so that they can sublet a place. They probably limit it to what they could afford in their real budgets. As far as money goes, it is becoming more common for women to make more than men (they still make less at the same job) but it is often hard for a man to feel comfortable when it happens.
