Chris Soules - Whitney Bischoff - Bachelor 19 - Discussion

Actually I'm not surprised he posts more about DWTS. It's kind of like a job right now. He needs to promote it to get them far like he did The Bachelor where as I'm not sure he cares to share as much about his love life.

If this is how they post on social media during the early days, I imagine we will see even less when they head home.

But this is different from how they acted together when on the show and out in public.  The wedding crashers date that some call the best ever had plenty of kissing, hugging and hand holding.

Again, if they were going even slightly forward from what they were on the show, great.  But their BL right now seems to be a step backward from what they had on the show and sorry the mature couple/relationship stuff doesn't do it for me.  They had it on wedding crashers and in Des Moines, so what happened between then.  Even on his farmer they had better BL.

Could be because he has to support DWTS. I don't think we'll see much in the way of SM with these two afterwards. They don't seem to be all that into SM like other couples in the past. I think fans were spoiled with Andi and Josh posting daily personal pics for us. I think most of the pics (If any) will come from fans who see Whit and Chris in restaurants or on the streets, but I don't see much coming from them. ( at least not regarding their personal lives, maybe promotional and political endorsements or like Chris mentioned ( spokesperson for agriculture awareness) or Maybe up the road if there's going to be a TV wedding . But the lovey dovey, pics I doubt very much. JMO

JMHO much of Whitneys persona right now is also based on her professional status .. Which she needs to maintain. It is not difficult to find her on social media .. She used it very little prior to the show and I would not expect to change and that behavior

I think picking a part this particular snapshot is sort of crazy. This looks like he leaned over and said, "do you want my salad if I get one?" And, someone just snapped a picture. They look so happy to me. Must be that people see what they want to see.

Sorry, but that PDA on those dates was part of the reason that they were so perfect for each other according to most.  Now it is gone.  So yes to me that change is significant.  I have said I think it comes from her side.

I just think she has seen that her prize isn't all the great.  Can they manage to fall in love and be happy?  Sure they can, but the woman I see right now is not the happy Whitney of her preshow intro package, her persona on the show or even the happy Whitney holding a baby that she probably helped make.

Her demeanor is different.  She was a little much for me to take before, but now that she is so demure, I kind of miss fun and spunky Whitney.

It isn't that I don't want this couple to succeed, but I do want to see Whitney happy.  She deserves it and it just doesn't seem that she is happy right now.

ETA, I played the making excuses game for why what I saw on the show wasn't the relationship after the show for Emily and Jef. So I just don't want to play that again. When the couple changes how they act and relate to each other after the show it means something. Not necessarily bad, but it is worth noting and watching.

What was done on a show--is exactly that done for a show. At times they are even told what to do body wise.
What happens after the show is after the show. All we can do is be patient, after all, time will tell.
Some make it, most don't. Again, time will tell.

I guess I just find it amusing that Whitney and Chris have said in practically every post show interview that the thing they are most looking forward to is being a normal couple "holding hands in public" and have proceeded to not hold hands in public.

I've not but what better way to match words with actions.....I just love that they are sitting right next to each other waxing on about finally being able to hold hands and just not doing it. Not suggesting they need to do to for "us" but I just find it funny. Its kinda like starving for food and then finally being able to have food and saying "no thanks".
