The Bachelorette 11 - Kaitlyn Bristowe - Filming Schedule - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

I think it's always around that time except for Jillian's season where it was about 10 days later and was still filming when the season started airing.

Ok, I just looked through the archives:

Andi - May 9th
Des - May 5th
Emily - May 11th
Ashley - May 11th
Ali - May 8th

Universally in all of those seasons, FDs are happening, or are about to happen by this upcoming week. This year instead, we have the spoiled upcoming HTD (April 28) + GA's info that HTDs are this week. HTDs for all of those previous seasons tend to happen around April 20th-April 27th give or take.  I don't think we have time for them to be doing hometowns this coming week, still do FDs, and do the F2 stuff.

Occam's razor people.  Props to Kasha on her guess, I think the "twist" is probably FDs already happened. We are down to the F3 for HTDs this coming week, then the normal F2 stuff the beginning of May to fit in with the typical filming schedule.

^ solid reasoning there sosleepy! I agree with you that this makes sense that FDs would have already happened for the show to be on schedule. It is I guess also possible (but highly unlikely) they went the Jillian route and would be filming into the time the show would air (do we know if the reason they made things longer for jill's season was because Ed joined back in later? Could the fact that Nick joined later impact things?)

Hmm what if the twist is that Kaitlyn went from Ireland straight to FD -- but also maybe she went F6 in Ireland to F3 for FD? I'm saying that because FD's are pretty intimate and it's assumed that the lead gets physically intimate with the men. K might not care but I could see her choosing less guys for FDs...if that's the case I wonder if the Vancouver sighting of K was really a fluke?

I don't remember exactly how it went but Tim (TBCanada S2)'s lead sent home a lot of girls to make sure he has much much more time with only a few girls he truly connected with. (maybe others remember how that exactly played out and how many girls/when etc.)

Could K have cut down on the number of guys after the 2nd week of Ireland (beginning of this week) to 3 guys and then did 3 FDs then taken the F3 for some time in Vancouver so they can experience her real life/Canada with her for a day? we have no specific travel days etc. yet... She really did get torn up when talking with CS about HTD that she didn't feel like she'd had enough time...so I'd imagine she'd want to negotiate more time if she's able to get it...

Is it April 16th or 17th that Elan was back in California? could 18th be the travel day to FDs? That would leave enough time for back to back 3 FDs and 2+ days for travel and time in Vancouver...with all HTDs and travel dates completed by sometime next week - ready for MTPs and LCD before FRC

I have added the actual premiere air dates to your list. That info is from Wiki.

^Emily's premiere date is correct. It was May 14th 2012.

Mr. Write thought FD's were going to be in Mexico. Wonder if they went from Ireland to Mexico? Was there time for that?

I noticed that the longest time spans between end of filming are premiere correspond somewhat to the longevity of the relationship. 
Jillian not included in the chart.  You provided she was still filming at the time the season began airing.  I think her relationship lasted for a year?

Jillian's season filmed for like a week or so after the premiere aired. They lasted just over a year but still hooked up for several months after that.

^ do you know why it took so long to film that season?

^I think it was a combo of the 30 guys to begin the season and the amount of travel they had lined up. They were traveling all over that season.

Remember years ago, fantasy dates were in 3 different locations totally??
