But the hotel was being used for wed, thurs, fri. therefore travel would of happened on the sat the 11th, then dates could begin on the 12th.

In the past they have gone to a central location but it's not always LA.  The men could go back to their hometowns with a handler stay in a hotel and wait for their dates.  Once they're finished they'll meet up for the rose ceremony. It may or may not be in LA ~ JMO

There has been quite a lot of discussion about the location for the FDs.  It has also become entangled with the locational sleuthing for the BIP.  Lav and I have tracked down clues all the way from India to Australia, but we are now convinced that both BIP and the FDs for the Bachelorette will be filmed in Mexico - although in different parts of the country.

Not really a fan of Mexico for the FDs though. Was hoping for something more exotic.

Oh dear, if BIP is being filmed in Baja California Meagan may be turned away because she didn't bring her passport.

Kaitlyn spent a week in Cabo this past February attending a wedding.  Perhaps she requested going back to that area.  Do the leads have any input on destinations?

Sounds like the budget for this show is getting smaller each year. Chris barely went abroad. Kaitlyn went to Ireland for two episodes (not that I'm complaining about that) and now Mexico for FD's? How exotic.
