Emily Maynard's assessment of Carly is true. Carly's jealousy towards Britt was unwarranted. It was insecurities more than anything. I really grew to like her. Now I don't.

I feel like Chris couldn't really say "That's disgusting, I could never bring a woman like you home". He obviously had to say that he was okay with it, but I don't really think he was.  I think that he was initially very attracted to Jade, and there had to be something there for him to work to get to know her despite her shyness and for him to introduce her to his parents. I absolutely think this affected his decision (I think Kaitlyn was probably the original F4), but I'm sure that, like most leads, he had probably already decided who his final one or two are by the time she told him.
