I had to share some adorable moments I loved from last night's date

Diana, those last pictures you posted showed pure joy in the faces of C&W. There is not a time in any of the episodes where he and his date were as relaxed as these two are.

Darnit, I saw an interview where some guy was asking him lots of questions about the show. He kind of slipped and said the attachment to his pick happened early on. Can't find it again.

There is something about Whitney and the charisma she has. I recall she told him when the limosine arrived, that if it was not for him, she would not have applied for the show. He apparently paid attention. I guess what I am really saying, is that when she speaks, people tend to listen.

I loved his blog. There was a lot of Whitney in it. I don't recall a lead talking so much about someone in their blog.

Watching the show last night as Whitney was explaining to Chris about her family I thought he looked like he was about to cry and wrap her up in one of his big hugs. Reading his blog, nice to see that he confirmed my initial reaction.

I said it last night and I will say it again now after reading his blog. Family is everything to him and he wants to share it so badly. Whitney really wants a family and I think his was a major reason why she found him so attractive. There will be no in-law drama with this relationship if they get to this point. She will embrace them and they will embrace her. She comes across as very mature and realistic and if she makes him happy, they will adore her.

Chris and Whitney seem to balance each other and both seem to understand that you have to work hard to achieve anything worthwhile. Neither seem to be afraid of hard work and I can see each of them making the other a better person....not that they seem to be that bad to begin with. The fact that he already reached out to Sean for advice...the only Bachelor to actually marry his chosen one...speaks to me of how much he wants this.

I don't get that invested in couples often, but I really like these two together and hope they can make a real go of it. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I couldn't wait to go to Chicago to see Whitney. Chicago is truly a second home to me. It's only about four hours away from Arlington. I have had family living there my whole life, so it is a place I have spent a lot of time and is a place I love, not to mention it's the home of Da Bears!

When Whitney said we were going to make a baby, I first thought, "Umm, it might be a little soon?!" It was very cute; that girl always has something up her sleeve for me. I've never worn scrubs before, and I was horrified, but Whitney looked damn sexy in those scrubs. Even sexier was how smart she is and how passionate she is about what she does. I could tell how proud she is of her career, and it's really remarkable that she completes people's families for a living.

When Whitney and her boss took me into the room "where the magic happens," I really thought for a moment that she was going to have me prove that my soldiers could march, but I quickly realized they were giving me a hard time. But then I started thinking about what actually happens in that room, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I knew meeting Whitney's family was going to be different, since she, sadly, doesn't have parents. That's why I had to ask her whom she would want me to ask for permission if I wanted to propose. Let me just say, that was a hard question to ask. I could have never predicted what happened with her sister, though. I knew how strong Whitney's feelings were for me, and it caught me off guard that her sister refused to give her blessing. I totally understood her position, because this was a weird situation: a) she isn't Whitney's parent, and b) I was dating three other women. I would have loved to have received her blessing, but it didn't affect my feelings for Whitney.

Later that night, hearing Whitney say she'd fallen in love with me reminded me why I embarked on this journey. The past couple of weeks had been so hard and so heart-wrenching, but hearing Whitney say those words made everything worth it. Also, seeing how "excited" her dog was about all the love in the air totally made my night. I almost felt the need to cover both mine and Whitney's eyes, but apparently the dog does that all the time. That pooch taught me some moves I didn't even know existed.

This season, things get "blurry" more than usual (w/Andi's I could guess that Josh was the one after Ep 5), but after the HTD, I think Whitney is the best match for Chris, and I hope I'm right. Whitney seems to be practical. Yes, she loves Chris but she loves to have a family too, IMO Chris is the total package to Whitney. (same way Sean to Cat..)

I have really enjoyed reading all your posts this season.  I grew up an hour north of Arlington and I absolutely loved growing up in Northeast Iowa.  I appreciate Whitney's enthusiasm in saying she is an Iowa wannabe.  I also think Chris has helped many throughout the United States see that Iowa is a lot more than rows and rows of corn. I do think Whitney and Chris are the perfect fit. Did anybody else notice during their second 1:1 date that she whispered in his ear - "I love you so much" - it is when he has just showed her the mural on the wall and she is embracing him.  If I had two people that I would love to live on my street in Iowa it would be those two.  If Whitney is indeed the F1 I really would like to see them live happily ever after in my great state!  Oh special thanks to Diana - I so appreciate the photos you share from the show.
