So if we assumed that Becca was in the limo before 2 something PM, while it was overcast, then the screencap above seems to prove that incorrect. Even if the sun peeked out at some point it wouldn't look like that IMO. Looks later. Though I suppose it could be from the limo ride back since the sun is shining from her side. But I do think that there wasn't a very long time between the limo arrivals.

What day was the FRC filmed?

My guess the tweeter thinks the FRC is at the Hotel Julien.  But the purpose of my post was to show the actual limo parked in front of the hotel, the timing and the weather.  

Do we know for a fact that Chris was staying at Hotel Julien with the F2 as it makes more sense that he was in Arlington with a handler separate from the F2.  I know he was seen filming at the hotel the day of the FRC, Nov 22.

I'm not a fan of RS's, but how could he have been foiled on 11/22?  He wouldn't have been able to make any statements regarding who was F1.

As far as both girls flying and being seen. I think Whitney was going to LA, for the photo shoot and such.
I think Whitney was trying to fly home, get her stuff for Monday then she'd head to LA.
Pure speculation on my part, of course.

As far as limo picture, that picture was tweeted at 2:46, but do we know it was really taken then?
Also, I wonder if it stopped raining (don't see umbrellas) and it was starting to clear?

I don't think a limo would have been out front if it was not for the FRC. They would be using one of the SUV's like they have in the past.
The photo above is a Lincoln limo like in the sc below. To me, it makes sense it is being utilized for one of the women. You can see production standing outside the hotel. That appears to be Elan on the upper left behind the person with long hair.

Wasn't Elan Becca's handler?

I do not think so. ^ He has been doing production stuff vs handling for a couple seasons.

So, still no pictures at abcmedianet? That sucks.
