I'm not sure of your interpretation of mingle but I don't think it would be healthy for her to get into a relationship of any kind with a guy right now. I think she still has some emotions to sort through and nothing good could come from a rebound relationship, IMO.

I don't mean getting into a relationship. I'm talking going out, with males and females. Try to determine who she is and what she wants. She has been in an unrealistic environment for a long time. Then 8 months with Josh which wasn't easy with media etc.

Meeting up for dinner, or coffee or whatever, so she can build up confidence going forward. Lots of girls have guy, friends. She doesn't appear to have many friends.

Surely true, but if it happens in reality (i.e., someone is turned down a job for information on Social Media), and s/he is a member of a protected class (race, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, and still more) s/he ought to contact a lawyer. The situation is completely exaggerated including very specifically as others note as to any of these cast members. There is nothing on public sites to be embarrassed about in seeking employment, that isn't already a complete part of any candidacy (she got engaged to someone she met on a reality show that's out there for everyone to see anyway). In my view, I completely reject any suggestion that Andi or Josh have somehow crossed a line jeopardizing employment prospects in their social media posts. Even all that Advocate spam. As much as it offends me. It just shows a sales person hustling a network. Andi hanging out with friends, dancing to TS, etc. She already trashed prospects for a straight-up legal career far from social media, IMO before it got to that sort of Good Fun.

Most users don't understand or properly use privacy settings on SM sites, that is completely true. Used properly, they are very trustworthy. But they are so granular and complex at this point, that people get sloppy and confused or inattentive, and I don't disagree many a career could be derailed by that.

And colleges can look at whatever they like.

Residency programs for dental students and medical students also look at SM postings. But in their case they need to make sure that the applicant isn't violating privacy laws.

I think Andi should date if she wants or stay home if she wants. I just want her to stop faking sad faces or other faces and just be who ever the heck she is.

I noticed today that And has deleted more IG pics of Josh. The Bachelor Premiere selfie of Josh and Andi with Nikki is gone plus the NYE pic of the two of them, the group Murray shot from KC, the Vegas Christmas picture and the 5k charity race I noticed are gone. Also the Thanksgiving pics of just her and Josh and the whole Murray/Dorfman clan. There may be more, but those are what I noticed. I think those were all up yesterday still so it looks like she was busy deleting today. I didn't notice any more missing from Josh's IG profile.

UGH, I guess I will have to tune in for that show if Andi I going to be on. It's refreshing not watching this season.

Me too! Not watching this season either but would definitely check that out. Looks like Nick might be headed to LA.... scratch
