From what I read JPG's premier was up against reruns. Last nights premier was up against first runs.   I don't believe it had anything to do with the length of the show.  I would guess there were a lot of Moms who were getting their children ready for back to school and not turning the show on until the kiddos were in bed.  That would explain the 10% growth in total viewers and the 20% in the 18-49 demo from the first to final hour of the broadcast.

Editing time is often an indicator of what the storyline values or wants to stress.
Example: if John Doe's date will Silly Willy is given 7 minutes and then we are shown John Doe's date with Prima Donna and they are given 12 minutes, usually it is saying something. Not always. Oh ok... I thought you were referring to the placement of the interview, like the sequence or what happened just before it or after. I agree the amount of time matters. I took note of the times you posted for SeanCat vs. Josh and Andi. In that case, I think it could mean that TPTB won't be televising a wedding for them. Nikki's interview being so long meant it had some other purpose, in her case an audition imo.

I really don't want to spend time sleuthing this season. Have I missed some clues that were posted? Is there reason to believe Whitney is F1 over Becca beyond her instagram account? Chris being back to work the next day seems to negate the pics of Becca as F2 proof positive. Does no intro video rule out Becca? I can't recall an F1 without an intro video. TIA

@atem.. If he had sex with Jade in the tent, I'd say there would be no second chances. I'll be really shocked if it went that far and the girls stuck around. Of course, this show still manages to shock and disgust me, so who knows. Casting Jade was bad enough... but what if they cast her for this purpose?! :shocked!: When it happened with Clare and Courtney the girls didn't know, so this is a whole other drama for them. yikes. I hope not!

I won't post what I really think, but yes, all one has to do is google Jade or read her thread that the wonderful sleuthers found on her. I'm sure she was delighted to be cast for that reason.

From what I read (I haven't watched it), it was Kaitlyn, not Jade.

Haven't they already did a tent ordeal with Jason and Molly?

IA I think it was Kaitlyn. I liked Jade more than I thought I was going to.

I went back to look. You're right. The first SC is Kaitlyn. She is shown at night with the same outfit and possibly the same ring as the girl in the tent, but there seems to be a second girl too. Her SC came first in the preview. Maybe she strolled by and is the one that figured out what was going on. Do we know who was on that camping trip?

Here are some of my very random thoughts about last night's episode:

1) "Red Carpet" 1 hour lead in...a bit much, but it did allow me to see my strudel Marcus and Lacy.

2) Sean/Cat appear to be the "favorites" of this franchise.

3) Andi/Josh seemed ill-prepared for all of the predictable questions they were asked about any plans for an upcoming wedding. This leads me to think they they are still negotiating/pandering for a fully paid, televised wedding extravaganza worthy of Andi. They were, therefore, forced to keep mum. If this is not the case, then they were just plain awkward with their responses, IMHO.

4) Lots of strange bachelorettes cast on this season.

5) Was it just me or was Marcus in the camera shot 99% of the time they showed the studio audience last night?

6) Nikki handled herself well when CH went on and on and on about what a DB JPG was/is. Are they setting her up to be a future b'ette?

7) CS has 2 facial expressions: stone cold serious or huge smile. He should be an easy read.

Yes. 
We do not know what went on. I can not interpret unless said tent occupants have come forward with the truth, that something other than perhaps kissing happened. For me, whatever occurred remains to be seen. 
I remember Jason/Molly all kinds of speculative and horrible things were said.
