I maybe hijacking but - anyone have a timeframe/kind of deadline you should give a new relationship for the spark to develop?? ever meet lotsa amazing guys but never find that great spark? it's kinda frustrating and gets u wondering if u're doing something wrong

Seriously.. how were these guys ever single? There is something wrong with the fact that seemingly great guys like these two have to end up on this show.

Even the Zen Master of the Universe Roberto has admitted to having had problems watching Ali make out with other guys on the show. He also had a big time "WTF?" about the whole Frank fandango when he saw it on TV vs. how Ali was acting the day after it actually happened.

If RS was wrong again and Ben is the F1, then all the wine in the world isn't going to make the sight of his girl and JP all but having sex on multiple occasions.

That's why I say if they just wanted to throw us off with all of this JP stuff, they certainly don't care about Ben's feelings at all and don't want to give them a shot at working at ALL. It wasn't just the visuals, it was the things she said about JP.

Ames said 90% of what he's seen so far is new to him. He had no idea what was going on with the other relationships because he was focused on his and hers. Any one of the guys with a modicum of interest in Ashley is seriously hating on JP right now. LOL! He got that ball rolling at the 2nd rose ceremony. If somehow she picked Ben, I'll bet he's shipped her off to JP by now. LOL!

To be honest you never can really put a timeline on love. I have known people who meet their soul mates in highschool and some people find that type of love when they are much older. I also believe when you are not looking for love it has a way of finding you. I think a good measuring stick is also your gut. If you are not feeling it and can't see a future with someone at least you tried. If you settle or try to force that spark with someone believe me you might regret it.

You are a wonderful catch and someday you will meet the man you are supposed to be with. It will be worth the wait.

Awww thanks for those sweet words Love... kinda always believed them but have been having a few doubts lately .... sometimes it just seems that the 'spark' is just like Ashley's Bentley -- is more an illusion that hollywood and disney are feeding us . and we can just go with a great guy and maybe hope for a slowburn to happen... The Roberto's of this world just seem just like a fairytale like Ali said ...

I'm afraid to post this elsewhere - but I think Ben might've asked Ash if she was okay with sitting where she was rubbing the lotion on him because he knows where her affections truly are JMO!!

I'm really trying to be objective, but I looked at that picture, and despite the fact that the position is a very sexy one, I really saw nothing sexy going on between Ash and Ben. She looks in the first shot like she is concentrating very hard on her job, like she's his physical therapist or something, and in the one pic where they're looking at each other, they appear to be having a pleasant discussion. Maybe there were other shots where they looked more into each other, but that wasn't one of them. I think if that experience was a sensual one for the couple, they should have at least released a sc that showed it.

I do sometimes have the suspicion that the producers are telling Ash she needs to show more physical interest in the other guys and she is trying, by sitting on Ben like that, but like she said, she just isn't good at faking it. Her commenting on it in that Philly article makes me think it was sort of a bone of contention with her and the producers throughout filming, and it really made her uncomfortable to have to play along, by acting more aggressive than she really wanted to with certain guys.

eta, I just watched the video those pics are from; nope nothing sexy about the whole thing, it was more clinical than romantic, and it seems like they both knew it.
