Everyone could use some therapy, mindless. Everyone.

But yes, I saw a psychotherapist post that disorder about Britt on IG, and it really fits her vibe (that we've seen.) We dont know anything though. And the psychotherapist made that very clear.

Oh, I didn't know a professional suggested it too. Of course we don't know how she behaves irl, but her behaviour on the show fits nearly every symptom on the list. I mean at least these:

Interaction with others is often characterized by inappropriate sexually seductive or provocative behavior
   
Displays rapidly shifting and shallow expression of emotions
   
Consistently uses physical appearance to draw attentionto themself

Shows self-dramatization, theatricality, and exaggerated expression of emotion
   
Considers relationships to be more intimate than they actually are

Now I know this show is probably full of people with personality disorders, but I really hope they won't pick a lead with a disorder that may cause "difficulty achieving emotional intimacy in romantic or sexual relationships". Kind of undermines the whole premise of the show. JMHO.

Well, they get tested. So they'd know if she had something severe. And it's said that they have psychologists on hand, so they DO get a talking 2. The show would probably know if she had any issues with any particular circumstance. Then again, they feed off of those issues, so not like they care, it's amo for them. Remember, this show wants all the crazy they can get. Her having some sort of disorder would probably be what dreams are made of for them. And if she cant establish emotional intimacy, she can/will fake it. Problem solved.

She's vivacious ... how's that a disorder needing professional help? just because a person isn't our cup of tea... doesn't mean they are in need of seeing a professional. Going by that definition - we're all in need of help

By the criteria listed above, I'd say Carly is a sufferer of that "disorder" too.

That's my point. We DO ALL need help. A little help never hurt anyone.

Seriously, Britt is not my cup of tea, but IMO, I don't think she has a "disorder". I just think she is REALLY animated and a bit over the top for my taste. Subtle is not her game.

I don't think she fits the description just because she's animated. It's a combination of a lot of things plus the fact that even the nice girl who got no screen time, because she was never talking about others on camera, admitted that there was something off about her. When it walks like a duck and talks like a duck... well, to each their own of course. When I think of vivacious, I think of Whitney. Now she's not my cup of tea either, but she just seems like a nice happy person.

Ashley I annoyed me most of the season and I couldn't wait for her to leave, but she actually grew on me a bit in her last episode. Yes, she's immature and overly emotional, but it doesn't seem put on. I think she's genuine in all her annoyingness and social awkwardness. I'll take that over fake any day. Not that I'd want to watch her as the lead either, but I don't think we're in danger of that happening anyway.

But up to that point if it was all about Britt, it is because Chris made it that way.  It was Chris who pulled Britt away to go to the Big and Rich concert - she didn't initiate leaving the others sitting for hours.  That was Chris.  I thought it was rude of Chris and then when he returned and saw the others were clearly upset, he only address them very briefly.  Then he left  Britt sitting there to be the brunt of their anger.  I thought that was insensitive and pretty classless to all the women including Britt.

Agreed - Chris was the one they should have been upset with but, sadly, like usual... the guy gets the pass and the "other woman" gets torn apart. Why do women do that to each other??

Because women tend to over-think things in a way men do not. Women will look at that situation and evaluate every nuance, every word, judge the looks, judge the behavior, think about past events, fast-forward to future outcomes, and then react emotionally.

Men get as far as "She was hot, so I took her to the concert". And done.
