If Trish=F1, other than just misleading (which is one theory that supports why the change from a positive perspective) then likely that it is all over by now. One reason for a breakup is that 6 months is a long time post-show to be in a relationship without being able to be 'public' about it. So, they could have broken up and thus the change and no longer posting Tim-related posts on her IG once the WTA happened. It is possible then that most of the girls chose Trish as F1 then and rallying around her because they are broken up (none of the girls seem to be saying anything about Tim since post-WTA filming and those that are it is not positive—Lisa's post about dodging a bullet and even Sachelle's post on her IG that she prefers the roses she got at a nightclub). So, imo, Trish as F1 is broken up or she is still with Tim and is just misleading. But I highly doubt favoriting a post by Lisa about 'dodged a bullet' in regards to Tim is the way to mislead anyone. Better to do nothing and mislead than to favorite a negative comment aimed at a possible fiance, imo.

ETA: If timeline of May 19=FRC is correct then it is crazy to think that the F2 person, by the time the finale airs November 18, it will be 6 months since May 19. Half a year. Wow!! That is a really, really long time to have to be in hiding from the person one is in a relationship with. And to live in different provinces/states as Trish does? Half a year without being in public with that person? I don't see that lasting, imo, if one is so far away. Now living in the same city and near each other is certainly more believable, imo for a relationship to maintain after 6 months of hiding. I just cannot get over how it will be nearly 1/2 a year before Tim will possibly be in public with his F1. Nuts to have it so far apart.

I am wondering if I have understood you right. You feel that either Trish is F2 or she was F1 and it's already over?? Just wondering why it's so hard to think that they are actually together still? IMO, just because they aren't in public doesn't mean that they can't work on their relationship. I am sorry, but I just don't understand why if Trisha is F1 there is any less chance of success than April F1. We don't know exactly how often they saw each other, but even in Brad/Bianka's season, they went away on trips, spent time together every few weeks so don't understand why that's hard to believe it didn't happen that way again. I can think of several places that they could meet up for quality time without others around.

I see I missed a very interesting night. Can't quote and reply to all the posts I want to so I'll just give my opinion on the matter of Trish and the classless picture and comment.

That's one bitter F2!! She's trying to show that more girls liked her than April... and if her 9 "friends" agree with her way of thinking, they're just as nasty and bitter as she is. I've always thought that anybody who was into beauty pageants were narcissistic, and I think she's displaying all the signs.

I think that her eyes were opened while watching the HTD, and after taping the WTA and she could possibly been at the taping of the ATFR. I think she came to the realization that April was going to be his choice all along and that he was just going through the motions with her. A few posters have mentioned that all her SM pics of her and Tim have stopped and also campaign for virtual rose... another piece to the puzzle. She's mad and doesn't care about what she posts and who sees it.

The fact that she just posted that, tells me that she's going to be leaving the show on tonight's episode and she wants to get it out there that she's happy with the friendships she's made on the show and doesn't care that Tim didn't pick her, before she get's let go. Kind of like her breaking up with him before he gets the chance to break up with him, not literally, but figuratively in the public eye.

It is totally possible what you have stated here NV, and it definitely crossed my mind a few times. Even though I still see April as F1, the slim chance of Trish being F1 coupled with her change in SM behavior post-WTA (and correlating with ATFR taping timeframe being either after WTA or post-WTA) all leads me to think that there is no way she is still with Tim if ever she was. It has been nearly 6 months since a possible May 19 FRC that the finale will air. Trips or no trips, that is still a long time to maintain a secret relationship in different provinces/states (Sidenote: I have no problem being wrong about this either. It is not my life. I am just using reasoning based on the changed SM pattern of behavior by Trish along with all the pieces sleuthed thus far to come to this conclusion).

Again, my reasoning is based on Trish's complete change from pro-Tim SM posts/comments to only pro-Girls SM posts/comments. Trish favoriting a negative-Tim post by Lisa that Tim is basically a bullet-dodged is one negative dig at Tim that stands out to me! This change can apply to F2 status as well as F1-broken up.

Either way, I highly doubt producers are controlling SM. They very well may have said something to the girls because what did change post-WTA is that Trish made her IG account private. So while the producers may want to put a lid on things after the WTA episode aired, they are not enforcing anything on private accounts.

If they were truly controlling social media and not wanting anything to slip (even on private accounts), the girls would have deactivated their SM until the finale! Jmho.

Awesome post. Your theory makes total sense, based on what I've seen while watching the Tim and April show. I imagine it was blatantly obvious to her as well, while watching each week. She is evidently furious about being led on - when he knew all along. But - it's what they all signed up for. (Maybe she was not angry all summer, while she felt that he had been genuinely torn.)
I contrast it with how Arie behaved post filming and during the ATFR with Emily. He maintained his composure and was a solid gentleman to her - only 8 weeks or so after she dumped him. It is possible to be classy even when you are hurting.

I think she can hardly say that and it is way possible that she found also friendship with the girls, they all do because they shared something unique that happens once in a lifetime.

I think people have a dreamed image of what a F1 should be but in reality the person remains human with qualities and defaults like everybody else. She is not a fairy princess. A F1 may be pictured that way with the edits but reality is another story. Plus each lead and each F1 are different or it would be totally boring.

It does not bother me that Trish is not perfect. Thanking her friends who voted for her is not sour grapes. I do not see negativity in that. It is for me a girl who is happy that her friends saw her as F1 and saw also her love story. For me, it shows a happy woman, not a sour grapes. I guess people see what they want to see and that is fine, we will all know for sure next week Smiley

Plus the posting of it in the first place is just weird (some would say mean/petty) whether she is F1, F1 broken up or F2... just not nice any way

IA. I noticed that on many of the episodes (including the most recent ones, Ep 5, Ep 7 HTD, and Ep WTA) that Trish is the person we see doing some funny/silly/innuendo/mocking antics at the end of each episode. Is that because she had more material for the producers to use? Yes, but they still chose to focus on it.

Why producers chose to show Trish in a negative light? (imo):

-- Even if Trish' s response to April being 'happy' and Trish coming across as annoyed that April is soo happy, even if Trish wasn't talking about April ITM but about someone else, the producers CHOSE to put that in and chose to show it as a response to April. This is a rather catty response edit, imo.

-- A LOT of Trish's edit is her pulling faces at the other girls and what is going on. The pulling faces edit is very similar to Lisa pulling faces.

-- Even Trish going, "Jekyll, Hyde" is similar to Lisa pretending to throw up. And now Lisa and Trish are super close and Trish is favoriting Lisa's post about Tim that says she dodged a bullet regarding him??! Trish all against Lisa in the show and now her close friend and favoriting Lisa's dig at Tim? And Lisa in her WTA blog stated "Good luck to whoever wins this thing". Sounded sarcastic, imo. And Trish is buddy-buddy?

-- To me this is either F2 behavior (and not classy) or it is F1 behavior for someone that was dumped (or dumped Tim) and is now thankful for...as Trish says " my bettes" and the friendship they gained.

I still see her as F2, barring a F1-breakup (slim chance).

I think that pic she posted shows what many of us have said along the way. It was a competition to her. So more girls liked her, she gets Miss Congeniality and that's what she's taking away from it... good for her.... her being so catty about it says to me, that there's nothing congenial about her at all. I think she wanted to be the F1 so that she could be the winner, not so that she could start a relationship with Tim. April took it much more seriously, she didn't fall for him the way most do, superficially, she really wanted to get to know him as a person, and she let him get to know her to. Very realistic IMO and very unusual for this show.

IA. Especially how realistic and unusual it was to see April with Tim. Almost like a real progression of opening up instead of just falling for him and being in the bubble (like Trish said about her Italy date.. just a fantasy).

To me, the realness of April and Tim's relationship goes back to what Tim and April said on her HTD. Tim said it really spoke to his heart that April said when they first talked 1st episode that to her it wasn't a competition to her but really serious about finding out if two people are basically meant to be together. And then Tim takes April around his hometown, his life-changing spot, introduces her to his best bud, they play pool, etc. All very realistic things to do outside of the show and actually very non-bachelor behavior.

April being upset can also be seen as part of a real relationship. The idea that a healthy relationship is based on laughing and having a good time together (as is with Trish and Tim) is not reality even though it is a part of them. Real relationships take work and commitment and being serious about a VERY serious thing - marriage! Tim and April both have showed and stated that it was very serious for them.

For Trish, I see her constantly being silly/pulling faces and the blooper reel shows she was doing this even at the Pearl in Moorea! That should be a very, very serious time to reflect, especially with a history of having been engaged before and then breaking it off. By the way, does anyone know when Trish broke off her engagement? I am curious to know how recently she had broken off the engagement prior to going on the show because she said she was in an 8 year relationship with her ex-fiance. Trish is 28.

ITA It seems that is you were F1 the most rewarding part of the experience might be finding the love of your life. Put me in the April is F1 column. I too think that Tricia is a nice mean girl.

I wonder why the pic of Lisa is shown with it? is it because she has more in common with her than we thought? I noticed in one scene when Lisa is being mean, I think its Trisha that's sitting real close to her (when she has that seafoam coloured dress on.. don't remember where that was?)

Also, something just occurred to me. When the girls were in Italy and talking about somebody not being there for the right reasons... Lisa was there and Trish was on her date. We all assumed they were talking about Lisa, right in front of her, and the edit wanted us to think they were... but what if they were really talking about Trish?? something to think about IMO If I get a chance, I'm going to go look at it later with that thought in mind.
