It amaze me how we see things differently.
At this stage, I truly believe Tim cares for them both and for me it is normal that he went to console April knowing that his parents were probably responsible. I also believe that production at this stage are feeding both women with pretty words and pressure them to express their feelings in front of the camera. It is also the end of the journey and I am sure everyone is exhausted, so very likely to crack under pressure. April seems to be a girl that need time to give her trust and I am sure that the production is pushing her to her limits. It is obvious to me that she is fragile and need extra care. So far, I always saw her as the prettiest of the women and I saw the physical attraction between them. I did not see much else because they edited so much that I only heard her insecurities up to her hometown where she felt safe.
Trish is another story. I see the complicity. I see two people physically attracted and both totally at ease to share innuendo which show to me a very high level of complicity. She is easy to be around, no drama and very affectionate. We can see her emotions on her face. You get what you see with her.
So no wonder tim said that he is falling in love with 2 complete different women. Because he is. They are his ideal woman in a way.
I am also a fan of the US and AU franchise and I well remember Brad-Chantal-Emily and everyone convinced Chantal was the one because the production edited so heavily that they deceived completely the audience in the wrong direction.
All I am trying to say is that edits will show you the love story the production want you to see. I always try to take a step back when the production is pushing a women too soon in the show. But at the end of the day, it is Tim's decision and no matter if we feel connected more with one or the other, it will be his choice, not ours to make.

Note: All places for Tim, Trish, and April are based on rooms and the links to these room matches (the mountain ridge matches exactly with Tim and the ring SC, Trish's matches exactly with bungalow and cement wall, April's garden view matches exactly with SCs already sleuthed).

Ok, is it safe to say that IF Trish was staying in that bungalow it is the better accommodation than where April is staying?

I'm not gonna lie but I am a little biased to April, ya she's a not as loud and fun as Trish but she has remained genuine and true throughout the whole process and despite what may be interpreted as up and down emotions, she actually manages them quite maturely IMO.  I just see a great love story between them from the very beginning that just has that intangible x-factor that cannot be explained.  

But as for the evidence...a cpl things I've picked up that hasn't been mentioned yet ( but I only skimmed this thread so maybe it has been discussed).

1. Post interviews Tim has mentioned that he didn't know how emotionally taxing the process would be but also that it has been the most rewarding.  When I heard that it triggered the first Ep when April is introducing herself and says " I'm more work than the other but I'm worth it.". Reading too much or nah?  With Trish it's always been easy and comfortable.

2. The previews for the FD and MTP I think were heavily edited to make it seem that April leaves after her breakdown but I don't believe it at all.  If we go back to ep.1 where it gives a preview of the whole season, we actually see a SC from that same scene in April's room with her sitting crying on the bed and Tim consoling her.  This SC wasn't shown in the preview for Tuesday which I thought interesting. The fact that Tim is there to console and reassure her speaks volumes.  Would he bother if she wasn't the F1?  Reminded me of Cabo, when she kinda had a meltdown and she cannot even explain it herself in her ITM she says something to the effect "I don't even know why I'm getting emotional right now" - its cuz love will eff u up like that girl! Also, her running away I truly believe she wanted to get away and process her thoughts and feelings and she says as much when in the VO. Also interesting BC in the previee she says pretty much the same thing to Tim " I can't even process my f*ckin thoughts!"Im so interested in what the trigger was though.

3. Body language, body language BODY LANGUAGE!  B/W Trisha and Tim there is def. Sexual chemistry.  But with April there's a chemistry and an intimacy that doesn't come close. Even looking at the HTD, Tim and April are holding hands or touching to some effect the whole dinner.  In the preview for the MTP Tim is stroking the side of her arm the whole time.  On their date in TO right before he offers her the rose, the way their arms were entwined and he was just stroking her arm.  And the way they are just staring at each other with goofy smiles on the yacht in the FD preview if that is not LOVE I don't know what is...like Sonia said of their chemistry during the photoshoot date "the camera doesn't lie"

4.  Even though the edit of the preview hints at April maybe leaving did y'all not find that she had way more SC and make outs (in different outfits) than Trisha...leads me to believe maybe Tim does send home Trish early....and as much as production wants to manipulate the narrative at the end of the days these are real people, and Tim has clearly been doing whatever he wants this season.

omg thank god someone understands exactly how i feel ! there is just something between april and tim that the others girls and tim never ever can get to. with trish theres fun and chemistry and their makeouts are so much more passionate (but do u remember andi and josh said the little intimate kiss is more romantic than makeouts). with tim and april, when they kiss they seem to be connecting on so many different levels. E.G. the kiss when tim won the pool game, it was mini pecks, but they embraced each other and tim looked really content and just comfortable. i feel like with trish, its all jst sexual chemistry. he makeouts with her, grabs her in that way and kisses her such that he can release some 'sexual energy and flirtation. but with april very very diff (so much more romantic), a wife and husband kinda romance.

he genuinely worries abt her and cares so much for her. and i think tim likes being the "man" who cares for his woman. esp because between trish and april, april is more vulnerable, it's way more important to tim not to hurt april and bring her to f2 if she wasn't going to be his f1. NO WAY. i think tim was very attracted to april since day 1. he spent time with her after the rimmel date because he wanted to get to know her more. I think he is very genuine abt this. with his other 1 on 1 date, it's just abt seeing if it CAN be romantic (i.e trish on her tuscany date, natalie on her bahamas date), just for the fun (i.e lisa on the adventure date) and kaylynn just cause he prob felt bad for her. BUT out of all his 1 on 1 dates, only april's one has meaning behind it. (even though april is from toronto, tim chooses her because he wants to see a life with her here) And AGAIN it wasn;t always rainbows and butterflies with trish. he put her on a **EDITED**2 on 1 HAHAHA and chose her on the tuscany date to see if they had that romantic connection. No way after just 2/3 weeks of considering trish romantically will he propose. he had that from day 1 with april. seems pretty clear who his f1 would be. again i dont wanna sound cocky or over confident but i am. 100% no doubts. sc dont lie. editing lies but the connection we see is real.
