Seems to me he has big smiles for April and so maybe that is another sign that she is the one.  I'm sure even if he didn't tell his family and friends who he picked, they can tell from that.

Because of the white strap on April's top, I wondered if it went with this, but the foliage in the SC above appears too close.

Or it could be a different part of this date above (maybe later). Here's a lightened SC of Tim & April on the beach that shows a little better view of the April's dress strap.

I'm not sure if the exact cap aired, but this is April on the deck at Casa Buitoni. The girls are discussing if everyone is there for the right reasons. Just before Lisa's death stares. We can see a bit of the floral pattern on the strap.

And as a side note, it looks to me like Tim plans on giving her a pretty good kiss!
