RR, I believe this happened when Natalie left from the Bahamas, but, yet another cap from the preview that didn't air in the episode. Tim's shirt and the (hibiscus?) trees match other caps.

We haven't seen this SC yet have we? April looks like she's listening closely to what someone is saying. Could this be at MTP? Or the other option I thought of is either FD/LCD as per below.

Because of the white strap on April's top, I wondered if it went with this, but the foliage in the SC above appears too close.

Yes, hungry could be a good word to describe Tim ~ but not for food...

^^ love the pics! Tim's eyes really do light up when he looks at April. No half-sleepy Tim there     I think that is why he seems so different around April, like she makes him come alive!

Found some pics of Tim... he posted this on his IG with his mom. So if we see a MTP we have an idea of who his mom is (she is a an elementary school principal)

I just thought of something that probably doesn't mean anything  but here goes anyway.

Tim said when he was in TO on the one on one date with April that he stopped in at his parents home after and his family knew from his smile that he had found someone and was happy.

Seems to me he has big smiles for April and so maybe that is another sign that she is the one.  I'm sure even if he didn't tell his family and friends who he picked, they can tell from that.
