I don't know. I always thought the adult thing to do when something bothered you is to step away from the situation, which is exactly what he did. He didn't insult the other guys or storm out in a huff. He talked to Ashley about it when he was given the opportunity. I wish more people would react this way when they're upset. Heck -- I wish I would act that way instead of throwing a fit!

it was in the episode description - folks here knew much better that there would be no storming involved.

After re-watching their HK date, I was struck again by how many ways she essentially told him he was the F1. Of course she had to phrase it all sorts of different ways so as not to out-right say "I'm going to pick you in the end." Then, less than a week later, she's back on other dates, some even overnight. No wonder the guy was freaking out! :P

I loved their HK date. She was basically telling him it's him.

Of course she had to phrase it all sorts of different ways so as not to out-right say "I'm going to pick you in the end." Then, less than a week later, she's back on other dates, some even overnight. No wonder the guy was freaking out! :P

I loved their HK date. She was basically telling him it's him.

It was funny to see the hot guy all worked up over the other guys getting near his woman. I don't think JP is used to being in that position. LOL! He was just so dramatic...like we women are accused of being. :giggle:

Yup. And this is why I sort of can't believe that there's still any debate about who she'll pick in the end. All editing shenanigans aside, a person just has to listen to what she's saying to him, and she couldn't be more clear: "I want you to know about the whole journey." Why does she care that he knows about the whole journey if she's not going to pick him? Seems like a weird thing to say to your F2. JP is going to have to self-destruct pretty spectacularly not to walk away with the girl at the end, given how obvious her feelings are at this point.

I keep saying the same thing all they have to do is listen to what she is saying to JP and IMO i believe the date in HK said it all but i guess what Ashley is saying to JP is not ringing any bells

So true. For someone who has problems verbally articulating her thoughts, she's doing a pretty good job of getting across "I choose you" to JP. I love that they totally get each other for the most part, even if they are having some problems with both of their insecurities. :cc4:
