I think Nikki's "high maintenance" is born from frustration - particularly in this situation. I'm not saying Nikki isn't a bit spoiled and used to having things here own way, but I definitely think that in this situation she couldn't crack the surface of Juan Pablo.

My dislike of Nikki is not from the JPG thing. She was disrespectful to Deena and we saw that she doesn't seem to read others well from the reactions of Stephanie, Deena and Cecily. But the final straw for me was after sitting in group therapy and listening to Treach talk about abandonment and loss and Jenna talk about r*pe and abuse, Nikki sits there and tells her tragic story of getting kicked off track because of breaking the rules. Yes it was after group therapy and not edited that way because of those horribly ugly suspenders that Jenna was wearing. She hasn't worn them before or since. How self absorbed and unfeeling do you have to be to hear those stories and still feel like getting kicked off the track team is important enough to talk about at that time. Someone should have told her how stupid she was, but I wonder if they had all given up on her at that point.

I think Nikki and Andi both get along so well because they are both spoiled girls who grew up with a lot of advantages and bonded because they really didn't have any difficulties in the their lives and also with their educations, I think they both thought they were better than most of the other girls on the bachelor.

Everyone is welcome to their own opinions, but the Nikki I see on CT, just her, not having to do anything with JPG is not a great person and I wouldn't be able to put up with her either.

We have no idea what preceded Nikki talking about her childhood. For all we know they were hounding her, wanting to know what her worst trauma was. They were all encouraged to talk about their pasts, and if Nikki's wasn't bad then that isn't her fault. And for the life of me, I can't see how she was disrespectful of Deena. She was trying to explain that she isn't from reality tv the in the same way that they were and Deena didn't want to accept that. So Nikki, as she does when people won't listen to her, shut down. I have yet to see Nikki sit there and talk trash about anyone. When she was trying to talk to JP about Cicely...she THOUGHT it was in private. But then we see Jenna standing there by the door eavesdropping and then gleefully rubbing her hands together and saying she is going to stir things up. Then Cicely and Jenna arm in arm walking around plotting about how to confront her. THOSE are the mean girls. Dick said Nikki got a s****y edit, and I believe him. He was way more worried about her than JP.

I don't really understand the bolded. How is what she is doing any different than what they were doing? She is on two reality tv shows so to me she is from reality tv just as much as they are.

I look at it like, for them, it is their full-time jobs. They like what they do and are happy with it. For her, I feel like she sort of just fell into it. The Bachelor was probably done as a lark. I imagine she didn't think she would last the whole time, but she would get to travel, meet new people, and when it was over, it was over. The usual way it happens. She went of CT for JP. She said she wanted to help him improve his image. Not for a full-time job. That is how it is different for her vs. Deena. JMO. I really don't know, but that is the way I read it. Things do get twisted with editing. We do know that.

Sorry, but you chose to go on reality tv. Even if it is a lark, you did it, so yes, you are now one of those people. Nikki has enjoyed all the perks that came from her time on reality tv. So I take exception to her complaining about when it isn't all fun.

In my eyes she was disrespectful of Deena and I don't think anyone asked her about the high school thing, because the looks at the rest of the table were that she was annoying and Jenna said as much in the kitchen. I can agree it would have been nice of someone to tell her how silly she looked, but I am not buying it was all editing.

I hate when people on reality tv do that. Some claim Nick was a douche on Andi's season, I didn't see it that way, but the truth is all those things that irritated people, he did them.

Nikki shouldn't accept the prizes and the money from reality tv and not accept that less fun parts.

I respect your right to your opinion, but mine is that she is a spoiled little girl who doesn't seem to have much sense of how other people feel and doesn't seem to accept that her choices do have consequences.

She also is a wonderful nurse to some of the most important patients, so if that is all she has to give and she chooses to give it there, then good for her.

I agree with this. Deena has been one of the stars in Jersey Shore from 2011 through 2012 (53 episodes) and also appeared on the spin-off Snooki & JWow from 2012 through 2014. For Deena, it's her chosen career and her only job and IMHO that's a big difference from what Nikki has done.

It's like saying that Phil Mickelson and me are the same because we both play in golf tournaments. And it's true - we both do. But I play a couple of tournaments a year, I'm not very good at the game (and I know I'm not) and I do it for the companionship with the guys I play with and only occasionally do I win any money (and when I do it's maybe less than $10.00). Phil Mickelson plays it very well and it's his job and he depends on his ability to play well to earn a living for himself and his family and he earns millions at playing golf.

I will certainly admit that Nikki's "childhood trauma" was pretty lame compared to say Treach's or Jenna's but then so was JPG's trauma.

It is true Nikki has only went on two shows, but the truth is, she isn't shying away from a public life either.

I know everyone hates when I say this, but you can go on this show and still have your privacy afterwards.

Chantal from Brad 2.0 managed it. She didn't post her life on SM all the time. She decided to go quietly back into her normal life. We can compare this to other women from that season like the two Ashley's who both chose to stay more public. It is fine to do so, but then don't complain about it.

Had Nikki broken up and gone radio silence, I might feel bad for her, but it seems since breaking off with JPG she is courting public opinion on SM even more. So nope, she doesn't get to claim to be different. She isn't. That is her choice, she needs to accept it and own it.

Thank you for answering my question. I don't watch the show...other than snippets here and there...so that makes sense to her. I'm not sure that I would necessarily agree. If she had done one show and moved on...Okay. However, she is now on her second show. I don't really care why she did it...JPab, money, etc. She still did it and seems to be keeping her profile out there since then. That visit with Andi and Josh at that pool party thing and some of the things she has posted on her SM since then. I wouldn't be at all surprised if I end up seeing more of her...magazine interviews, BIP, etc. So I'm not really buying what she is selling.

While Deena may be a fulltime reality TV star, none of the others in the house are as far as I know. Some of them have probably never been on a reality TV show before, yet managed to deal with the cameras like adults. Nikki's actually one of the veterans, so it was a kind of ridiculous of her to make such a big deal out of the cameras.

Well, since someone stated that she disrespected Deena by saying what she said, I was pretty much comparing her experience with Deena's, not everyone's. But, everyone has their own interpretation and that's ok. Going back under my rock, now. My 18 yr. old nephew was trapped in a burning camper two nights ago and burned to death, so really, I am putting the reality stars problems on my back burner. They will all survive and overcome.
