^^ agreed I don't think it had anything to do with Marcus. Marcus even favourited Nicks tweet last week that was about being the mayor of right reasonsville. I think both Marcus and Nick moved on from any animosity weeks ago

I really don't have a problem with Nick "blabbing". To me that was a natural reaction from someone just rejected. He needed to vent. It was unfortunate it was on a plane and loud, but I have a loud voice that carries so under the circumstances I'm willing to cut him some slack.

I think after 6 weeks of being held hostage by the show, this was the first time he wasn't manipulated by the producers but was left alone to do what he wanted. I don't have any problem with him wanting to talk to his parents (as I recall he did mention in one of his interviews that it was his parents he was talking to), but I do have a problem with him actually doing it when and where he did it.

If you take the description of the incident by the girl who took the videos into account, Nick was annoying other nearby passengers (including her) and disregarded the glares he was getting from them. He also disregarded the flight attendants requests on two occasions to turn his phone off which means he was delaying the flight for everyone else on it, and he was also disregarding the confidentiality/disclosure clauses of contract he had signed. At the very least, that was just plain stupid.

I can't believe I am actually going to respond to the plane video again, but this when and where was the first time he got his phone back and was alone to call his parents. The first time. When I have my heart broken, I vent often and frequently.

As for the woman's description, it is filtered by RS so I take it with a grain of salt. The FAs are a different matter. Again, it was his first chance and if the plane is still boarding then phones are still allowed on even though I have heard people asked multiple times to turn them off, most wait until the last minute. If he was really a problem, they would have had him leave the plane, just ask Alex Baldwin.

Since writing an invited guest blog for Sean which was now three weeks ago, Nick has not commented on Andi or the bachelorette, maybe just maybe we can start judging the man by his actions in the real world and not as part of the bachelorette bubble?

I agree that this was the first time he had his phone back after 6 weeks or so. And I will also grant that he wanted to talk to his parents. But what I can't agree with is what I bolded - he wasn't alone - he was in an crowded commuter aircraft full of people.
If he had done a smart thing he would have waited until he was alone but the plane video exists only because he did a dumb thing and placed that call when he wasn't alone.

While I do grant that Nick wanted to talk to his parents, actually doing so (even if had he done so in private) was a violation of the contract he signed in order to go on the show which is more than just dumb.

Funny how there are spoofs on many a late night talk show etc how people abuse privacy on cell phones all the time. It may not be right or polite, but it's part of society with the cell and is here to stay. Nick won't be the first and won't be the last.
As far as doing smart vs dumb things---human nature. We all have been victim to this and hopefully learn from it and grow.

Two girls were arrested yesterday for drinking most of their duty free liquor in the bathroom of a plane, and lighting a cigarette from Toronto to Cuba, which set off the fire alarm.

The plane was escorted back to Toronto by two fighter jets. You watch, no more duty free liquor allowed on carry on's, coming soon to an airport near you.

Talking on the phone sounds pretty lame to me. laugh out loud
