I miss coming here more often, but so much work, so much to do what I've been leaving for later and now that later has come... But reading you is a pleasure... Not guilty at all for it. ETA. P.s. I don't like sand beaches either. Only  spent 1 summer with crazy hot sand in Turkey and swore never again. Does it get that hot in SD too? Hot that you cannot even walk on it? Or you get used to it and I' m just whinning.

No, the weather in San Diego is perfect, IMO. The hottest we get on the coast is 80s in August and September. I just checked my phone and it's 73 right now! Many people don't even need AC. Imagine my shock when I first arrived here in January to see people eating outdoors!
My dream house is a place with ocean view but it costs millions so I don't think I can ever afford it!

Now, Nick really needs to post some more photos on SM.

great article, with several very insightful, reliable resource persons..  . What i took from it   : there is an accomplished opera singer who decided to terminate her international opera career, got married, settled down in NYC and having kids, and launced a teacher career  .

I haven't been to Chicago but I've been to San Diego once. I thought it was beautiful and of course I love the Ocean.

Sometimes it's really hard not to respond to the negative comments on the other thread, so I try not to go there. I cannot understand what's not to like about Nick. He's just adorable!  :cutesmile!: It makes me wonder what it is we all have in common that we see Nick as this great guy and others see him differently when we've  watched the same show.

So true!? I just don't get it either. I don't even think that Nick got that bad of an edit ... at all!!

True, he was a bit cocky on some of those deleted scenes or ITM's when he was comparing himself to other guys but I really, really think that was 1) producer prodding in ITM and 2) producer prodding to do NOTHING but talk/overanalyze relationship with Andi while cooped up indoors with nothing to do.

The whole stalking thing was silly. If Andi had begged producers to keep him away, that would be one thing. But, she encouraged him 100 percent and I am gonna bet a trip to Hawaii that producers encouraged him too.

Thought for the day:
This is what happens when you raise yourself up to be better person.  It's not about how tall you are in comparison to others, it's how tall you have become on your own merit... how you stand when you're the only one in the room and the only person you need to answer to is yourself.

This is why I post so rarely here and tend to not venture to many threads. Aside from the fact that I've never taken any part of this franchise particularly seriously, I find the intensity at times just ridiculous. At this point the season is over, it's done, move the hell on.
