Brooks is very close to the end. Not sure on Jesse. RS has the spoilers if you want to go to his site.

What is this 80/40? I haven't watched the show yet but I'm curious about it?

Lacy was saying that she was torn between Robert and Marcus and she was 80% to 40% sure. It was said so easily it was just funny. This woman owns/runs a nursing home facility. She is not dumb, that was classic!

Does she really own it or is this another example of inflated Bachelor job titles at work?
So far her intellect isn't impressing me, but she seems very skilled at attracting men. We shall see.:-)

I think her family owns it so she "owns" it. This show and the folks on it are unreal, truly.ironcat wrote:Does she really own it or is this another example of inflated Bachelor job titles at work?

Big: You know, Manhattan has a lot of beautiful women.
Carrie: What an amazing observation!
Big: But the thing is, after awhile, you just wanna be with the one who makes you laugh.

I read an article about her that said she is President/CEO of SILVER LINING MANOR INC. and Owner / President of Hope Residential Care Facility. Both appear to be real companies and company records for each show Lacy Faddoul as the principle officer / Registered Agent. Silver Lining Manor, Inc. is a California Corporation and was filed in 2004, so it's been around for 10 years now. I couldn't really tell the size or annual revenue for these corporations but Silver Lining Manor was previously named The Faddoul Home which listed annual sales of $0 - $500,000.
They both appear to be legitimate companies and Lacy does seem to be what she "claims" in her relationship with them. I don't think she's CEO of a multi million enterprise, but she does appear to be a relatively successful small business owner. Keeping a small business above water for 10 years is no easy task; take this from one who knows.

Is it family owned? Meaning something that has been passed down to her?
I have had experience with this type of business for the past 25 yrs. You don't have to be a rocket scientist. I don't mean this to dis her-I don't know her. Unless she built/established the places from ground up vs inheriting them via family or purchasing it outright and then having various administrators run the places in her name it's not a very difficult job---owners seldom are very hands on. As long as beds stay filled you make a profit and she isn't in charge of this--admissions and marketing is--along with great word of mouth. (staff, care etc)
ETA: Yes, family owned.
No good deed goes unpunished.

She said in her Bachelor intro video that her parents were foster parents (or adopted) to over 10 special needs kids whom she considers to be her siblings. This encouraged her to open her first home by the age of 21 or something. She has several running today.
