Who knows what's true and whether tptb are being for real or what, but I was kind of expecting Josh to rush out and start channeling his Auburn game self during that whole exchange.

And I think the fact that he did not I think allows us to put to rest this idea of his being nothing but a hot head. What we can be rest assured about is that he, just as he avowed, is a protector of those whom he loves which is what he was during at the Auburn game when Aaron received a "hard shot" (since my daughter went to Auburn I am going to refrain from using the word cheap). But he has also made it clear that he sees Andi as a strong woman so in the situation last night he showed both constraint and trust in his beloved that she could handle it herself. As an aside, I loved his rationale for choosing a strong ring to represent his strong woman).

I know we all like to blame the producers for everything we don't like on this show but,  Ick is an adult who allegedly has a brain.  He didn't have to say a thing about what happened behind closed doors.  Seeing that is was a live show TPTB really had no control over what Ick said or didn't say.  Also, Ick didn't need TPTB to tell him Andi was in Mexico.  Heck, we figured it out, no reason to think Nick couldn't.

I love that Andi and Josh aren't giving him another thought.  Like MM said, Andi and Josh's future started when he put the ring on her finger.

Oh ITA but I'm all about my own entertainment here! I'm thrilled with how he handled it and everything in general. Let me just channel his strong woman here, NOW THAT'S A MAN!

I feel bad for Josh, I just do. When I was watching GMA this morning, and they brought up Nick, he looked uncomfortable. I know everyone wants to think he's fine and dandy with everything, but I don't know, I saw him kind of clench his mouth and look down and I think it still bothers him, the whole thing. And I'm sure he's also upset with Nick for calling Andi out like that.

The thing that still bothers me, after watching the ATFR again, is something Nick said. He told Andi that since she knew he was in love with her, he felt she was cavalier about the whole thing in the fantasy suite. He said he had no expectations about that night and he point blank said, "why did you make love to me." He didn't say they made love, he put it on her, like she was the one who initiated it.

The whole thing makes me feel like her whole speech to Josh at the engagement falls flat. If she was madly in love with him from the start, even if she was unsure it was going to be him in the end, she shouldn't have slept with Nick. In fact she shouldn't have slept with either one imo, if it came down to the last day for her to make her decision. I guess that's a personal decision but if you want the end result to be an engagement, at that point, shouldn't you show respect to the one you hope to end up with.

Maybe I'm old fashioned or just spoiled from Sean's wonderful season, but this season which I loved so much has ended in a disappointment for me. As much as I hope this couple makes it, I just can't look at Andi the same way. I hope she doesn't break Josh's heart.

I still love them and wish them the very best, but Nick definitely tarnished their love story, IMO...

I have to agree. Nick is/was terrible. Though I still love them together, it did ruin the love story a little bit for me too to know she gave herself to Nick. Apparently he DOESN'T have a filter and DOESN'T care about anyone's feelings except his own. I hope Josh doesn't end up getting his heart broken (for the first time, mind you, and in an engagement no less). I love them, but, my love for her dwindled a bit after what Nick said. I love Josh to bits and pieces. NICK! You...whatever.

He tried to tarnish it but I think they will be fine. I seriously think NICK has issues. I think tptb thought so too. jmo

As for her sleeping with Nick, Andi is no doubt a self-sabotager (I know that's not a word). If she was honest with Josh about it, I'm glad they worked through it. She needs Josh. I just hope she treats him like a king. He deserves it and I think she will.

Lastly, I remember Chris and Des having an even worse time post-show. I think Jodi have been great thus far and overall well received!

ETA: And guys it all makes sense with the family and Josh saying Nick is in their prayers. They know a lot more than we do.
