This is the fan thread. Can we keep it positive please? I don't want to get in trouble for telling people what they can post.At the same time I have never hung out in the Josh threads to rebuttal everything that points to him being F1.

I can only speak for myself but I don't feel like I should have to defend my Nick is F1 position in this thread.

Above is a line from the episode description that seemed "odd" to me. Why comment about Nick and what he would or wouldn't do and not Andi, who is the lead? After watching the latest previews and hearing Nick make a comment about not getting engaged, it sort of makes sense...for now.

If you do not believe that Andi lets Nick go before the FRC, then you will get what I am trying to say. It all ties back to Marcus' comment about Nick "walking away" at F2. This comment and the finale previews are trying to make us think the F1 (not Josh because he didn't express any doubts) doesn't propose but walks away and breaks Andi's heart. This is my personal take on the previews.

your 2nd par: very spot on on the Marcus foreshadowing the preview run down  .(Note that Marcus get booted by Andi on then the next epi (8) after he made that comment on epi 7 ). as you prolly can tell, i am firm in Josh will be let go before the FRC. the remaining obstacle definitely on Nick's part: will he overcome his fear of getting brokenhearted again (ala JP of Ash,really, IMO) and propose?. Note that he injected the fear in the preview, Andi as well: the rose staring at me ..implying her anxiety whether Nick will propose.

By proposing, edit-wise it means he 'negate' the guys's false accusation of him and his intention. Wow! its been a Nick show since day 1, isnt it?   . I think i cant get more excited for Monday !

I am one who thinks Nick is F1 and yes I completely see what you are saying. Andi expresses doubts about Josh while Josh is already in his mind married to Andi while Nick is seen thinking about the whole engagement thing and because he isn't sure if Andi has in fact chosen him, he is hesitant about proposing (don't blame him). But that is the whole point, at the end he is sooo putting a ring on Andi's finger!

I do think Nick walks but I do think that if the plane video is real, it may be based on her not giving him a sign that she is all in.O  He said that on his plane video that she told him it was hard.  If he walks and she chooses Josh it wil be similar to Des season where Brooks walked and she found love with Chris.  I do not think this is the same and do think CH propping Nick in his blog is different than his putting down Brooks was.

IMO Nick is not leaving on his own, if he leaves it will be because Andi didn't "pull the trigger". CH would be way less positive in describing Nick had he left Andi on his own ala what CH did to Brooks.

I think it is very possible that is where this is heading Mura. If Nick is F2 they could have came up with a different description for his whole endgame with Andi such as "Will Nick's confidence be reciprocated or torn apart?" or something along those lines, no need to even mention altars and stuff. It is weird that it is made toward Nick's point of view instead of Andi, the chooser, especially if he is supposed to be the spoiled F2. I thought when that discussion was first brought by the guys that in my mind it set it up for Nick to be at the end and prove them wrong but not walking. If Andi gets rid of him before FRC, the whole conversation shown there is completely irrelevant. JMO

As I mentioned upthread, I think this will be another first for our boy; first at requiring confirmation of being the F1 before a proposal.
I do question how this is going to play out and wonder if it's related to the explosion CH has been hinting at.

if she tell him he is the one on camera, yes. it will be a Bachette first, i think. IIRC Ash did say ILY to JP (and maybe he was her F1) on the FS  in private. We knew it after the fact.

It's from the grapevine preview... of course, could be spliced... but that's what Nick says word for word.
