This is true 2observe. It's just a wild guess on my part. Just watching tweets from all of them, it doesn't seem like Vaughn and Monique are together, but there isn't anything that's certain. I have no patience, so I'm trying to sleuth it all out! :cutesmile!:

I know that it looks like they are not together, but he doesn't want to give up and she has left the door open so we'll just have to wait and see.

Found this really interesting article on how TPTB produce MAFS:

Very different approach from The Bachelor series. Hope it's ok to post this link.

Really interesting! Thanks for sharing and posting link. I like the fact that the producers give up control of "casting" to the experts and I also like the fact that the decisions they make during production about activities are all about helping the couple find love and stay in love. They actively want the couples to make it after 6 weeks ... or at least give the marriage a shot.
Such a 180 degree difference than The Bachelor/'ette. And, I guess that's okay ... there's certainly room for both shows on tv. However, I think that MAFS has a much bigger fan base rooting for the couples to succeed ... or at least come out stronger/wiser on other side.

LOL! It makes me feel less guilty watching the show knowing that the contestants are not being manipulated or lied to. And, that the people involved in the show are just as invested in a "happily-ever-after" ending as I am.

Thanks for the link. Great article.
Just a reminder for everyone, when posting links, the proper way is to post at least one paragraph along with the link.
A+E Networks’ month-old cable channel FYI recently greenlit a second season of Married at First Sight, a reality series that asks singles to say “I do” upon meeting a pre-chosen mate for the first time at the altar.
The reality series, along with VH1′s Naked Dating and Fox’s forthcoming Utopia, is part of a trend toward social experiment-type reality TV. It was created by Red Arrow Entertainment-owned Danish producer Snowman Productions and first aired on Denmark’s DR3, another nascent channel looking to make a splash in the ratings – and the press – with a “loud” format.

I think a lot of us are brainwashed with TB franchise. This article clearly shows it's nothing like TB, which is great. It's two different shows, with two different goals. I'm looking forward to the end to hear what everyone has to say and to see how they are doing, but at the same time, I don't want it to end!

Yes ... but I guess that I have to throw it out there that there COULD be some manipulation by the producers/experts in trying to keep the couple going when maybe they really are NOT right for each other. It will be interesting to see what happens and how the experts advise Monet and Vaughn.
I also just reread what I wrote last night and had to laugh as it did not come out correctly.
Clearly ABC/Fleiss' franchise has significantly more viewers and as a result a higher number of fans rooting for the couple. But I think there are just as many people who only tune into the show for the drama or catfights or to check out the guys/gals. I have heard so many people tell me that they stopped watching Bachelor/'Ette because the couples never last so they feel like it was a waste to even get invested in the couple.
While MAFS ratings are growing at an incredible rate, MAFS still has a fraction of viewers as Bachelor but I am going to GUESS the reason more people are tuning in and coming back is because they can't help but root for the couples ... especially Courtney & Jason and Jamie & Doug ... to make it. And, also to root for all six people to come out wiser on other side, as they all seem very good-hearted and genuine in wanting love/marriage.
