I am sitting on a plane now, while it's boarding. These seats are high. Don't know how I could record the person on front of me, catty corner to me. Or hear them. Just noticing as I sit here.

In the video whoever is recording Nick is very close to him, or has great zoom capabilities.  The fact that Nick was in a convenient filming position is suspect as well.  Did you see anyone reclining their seat during boarding?

No seats reclined. They have to be up for takeoff. I'm looking around and all are straight up.

To me it looked like the person filming was in the window seat, and Nick was seating a row in front of them, on an aisle seat.

So would Nick be traveling home without a handler? Even if f2 you would think tptb wouldn't want him out there on his own. I'm just speculating of course.

It's been stated that the handler only accompanies them to stateside. They landed in Charlotte, then Nick changed planes with no handler.

The handler flew back to him from the DR to the US. This was his second flight heading home after the handler left him (or at least normally would have).

If it wasn't for the plane spoiler, this would be no contest. I just watched the fs dates again with an open mind and it is not even close. Andi loves Nick. What I have trouble wrapping my mind around is this: Nick did everything the producers asked, even taking flak for their suggestions or actions such as flowers during Eric time, sneakover, going off to talk with her after Eric, etc. i just am having a hard time believing he would discuss this on a plane when he knows the rules, but a lot of people would need to be part of this if it was a foiler, including Josh

I don't think Nick/Josh necessarily have a choice in if they are involved with the foiler stuff, I am sure production can basically tell them go along with this or you are violating the contract. Now I have never seen the contract they sign or anything like that but it nothing with this show would surprise me.

I agree it is no contestant without all the "spoilers" handed out to RS but that is what causes pause. Like Mura has been saying, they would love to fool RS 2 Bachelorette's in a row and I'd put nothing past them in their quest to do so.

You told us to have faith in Nick being the F1, but it seems you are losing faith. Has something changed?

I'm sure this has been discussed, but, IF Nick was let go early, would he have been put on a plane immediately after he was let go?
