JBF, it's funny you said that about the lack of promoting the finale, because I had been feeling the same thing. They did promote Chris' leaving early heavily, but it just seems things are pretty low key after that. Maybe it's just me and my lack of interest, I mean this one ranks right up there with Ben's season. I really have no desire to watch Andi and Josh, and even less to see Nick crushed. And I don't doubt Nick will have hell to pay for the plane video escapade. Can't wait for this season to be over.... and on to the next!

Yep I agree with you and I am so glad it will be over tomorrow night. I suppose the video escapade will be brought up on the ATFR show. I wasn't that interested in the extended preview video on tvgrapevine either but I will watch tomorrow night ~ at least the ATFR portion. I am having a hard time getting too excited about any of it though. The preview kind of reminded me of Sean and Catherine's date on the boar where they did the back flips off of it except Andi and Josh just jumped off it feet first. I think I will probably be bored tomorrow night for the most part especially since the two guys that I really liked will not be a part of it. I guess it will be time for a nice glass of wine. wine

Or maybe my dearest hope is true and Chris comes back and Andi changes her mind, especially after seeing him shooting the gun. The AFTR could be Andi and Chris and Josh would be the bachelor and this board and RS will both go kaboom!

Oh... Chris won't "come back" to Andi. Harrison wants him! I have never seen our pearly toothed host so gaga over a contestant since Sean. It even tickles me how their twitter banners are similar with sunsets... on the ocean... and the Iowa corn fields.

I watched the TV grapevine. It was... interesting.

The Jodi Fans are probably over the moon because she calls him "babe". Humorously Chris calls her that on his hometown. When she says it to Josh, it doesn't read as terribly affectionate, BUT... she is still all over him as they sit on the couch with Mom & Pop. Maybe a little too much so.

Her body language with Josh always looks better than with Nick, unless they are purposely showing us her weaker moments with Nick and her more affectionate moments with Josh to fool us. She was quite giggly over his baseball card. Was this because Josh constantly "turns her on" or because seeing just her face and "stats" on a baseball card is a turn-on for "MeeAndi"? For some reason... don't know why... I was expecting him to give her a picture of the two together or something else, like Roberto's house photo or stick people in Jef's travel book.

They then throw us that curve-ball in her voice-overs about how Nick is this great connection unlike any other in her life... lah dee dah... so you think she chooses him instead. Of course, All of America will hold her accountable for such lines at ATFR. Why talk such crap when you are dumping him?

I guess the only sane way to view The Bachelorette seasons is to just remember that What She Enters The Season Seeking is not the same thing she winds up with at the end.
-Jillian told Harrison at the start of hers that she wanted marriage and children. This is why she chose Ed. Not that we heard her talking that talk after episode #1 anyway. Jillie was not THAT idealistic! I think... in the end... she just needed The Volcano and just may have gotten exhausted trying to find it in Reid. Ed had the motto: if you don't succeed once, try try again.
-I don't know why Ali was so gung-ho about a proposal and worrying "he might not love me back" since Roberto seemed cooperative enough. He even moved to California.
-Ashley began hers not discussing marriage much, but Getting Over My Anxieties... fussing the guys would not be there for her and, most of all, not ready for commitment. She fooled Willie Holman into almost marrying her in Las Vegas. Later, in Taiwan, JP behaved during his wedding pictures shoot like Grumpy the Tyrannosaur in Land Of The Lost. Yet they eventually tied the knot on national TV. I think her season was the most straight forward... and I keep hoping ONE of these 'ette seasons will give us the same. Alas... I should just keep dreaming.
-Emily wanted a mini-van full of babies because Ricki needed playmates. I guess she is now on her way of getting that, if not with Jefie.
-Desiree dressed as bride and groom with... Brooks. I still think she knew/suspected that he would "bounce" on the show all along, which is why she drove both him and equally "bouncy" Bryden in a Bentley, the car with the same name as Ashley's "bouncer" Bentley Williams.

With Andi, all she talked about in the early episodes was "true love", a husband and "til death do us part" and each time she talked that talk, the editors inserted shots of future dumpee Chris. Go figure. On the plus side, both Nick and Josh keep saying in PI sessions that each will propose to her. I just wonder if Andi is ready for that herself. Maybe her speech over Chris in episode #6... all of that sobbing "I came here for eternal love, for a husband and I don’t know how genuine it is. Just tough to feel like I was maybe so wrong."... was more about her own conflicted feelings and not some guy's. Perhaps she is offered a proposal by each finalist, but turns both down... yet casually dates one post-show with Neil Lane's ring kept in some bank safety deposit box for now.

Obviously my posts were made before the finale aired and... well, we all know the truth now. Josh didn't just give her a baseball card. He also had a letter too.

Also much of his "drama" was bogus. It was insinuated on Jimmy Kimmel (haven't watched the interview to confirm it) that they knew each other pre-show. Therefore, all of the guys... including upset Nick... were wasting their time. Of course, the attorney can't make up her mind if it was always Josh or she really was conflicted the morning of FRC.

I chuckle over You Know Who ridiculing me on his blog earlier in the season for suggesting Chris might be F1 by the way he was being edited. Yet I myself had no idea so much of this season was fixed and the lead was essentially "playing a game".

They saw each other from afar in a club, it was during casting so he wasn't allowed to speak with her. Much ado about nothing IMO

I figured there would be more development to the story. Also re-worded my post above. Apparently we are getting two stories:
1.) it was Josh all along and...
2.) She wasn't sure of her decision the morning she decided to dump Nick

In any case, we can pretty much cough up this silly show as more staged than we would have ever guessed it to be.

Hey JBF, I'm kind of late to the party, can I ask you what you mean by that?

Really glad this season is over! I think it's pretty much a shoe in that Chris is the next Bachelor... I'm pretty happy about that!
