I think the letter is probably just closure for the F2, he has been watching the show and sees what is happening with Andi and her F1 and is ready to move on.  I just think it's oddly timed to put on during the MTA but if Nick is F2 it fits around the same filming dates.  If people see Nick has closure, than maybe they can see Nick as the next Bachelor easier if that is the direction they are going with this.

Nick over Chris or even Josh for the Bachelor?  Again, I just don't see this happening. If SM can hardly stand Nick and the idea of him being F1, how much more him graceing the screens for 9 more weeks?  I am sorry, I just don't see him becoming the Bachelor.  He is F1 or nothing and that is all there is to it, IMHO.

SM has been kinder to Nick since the last 2 episodes. They really have played up his personality and played up his hot body last episode. TPTB may be willing to make a risky choice. Trust me, I really really want Nick to be F1 (and really really don't want him to do Bachelor since I don't trust MF) but I can't wrap my head around all the seemingly never-ending clues screaming otherwise and this plotline with the letter seems to fit in with the tabloid coverage and filming of Nick in Milwaukee.

My brain is going crazy and here I thought it was going to be a boring season - not!

Sue ... I've read now the last 3 pages ... ok ... so the only new thing is the new preview? ...
This could be good ... since she keeps saying "this could blow into my face" (not sure if i got it right, but somewhere along that line) ... if she already had made a decision and it was Nick ... for whom she never had any doubts ... so there would be no suspense about his final decision  ... they go and create a doubt (all for the show and story, not that anyone buys it), so the letter arrives ... she starts to "doubt" ... but decides to trust her own gut one last time ... and chooses him. BOOM ... he actually was sincere all this time ... and he means it ... when he says he wants to marry her ... so there you go. Dramatic end. The Proposal.

The letter happens 2 months after the frc though.

We don't know for sure. We don't even have proof it's from Nick. 
It's all speculation at this point.

Has anyone speculated that this letter might be from Chris? Or would that not make sense? He is the letter writer, secret admirer, and he was so shocked when let go he didn't get to say much. Maybe he couldnt express himself fully on air, so wanted to pre-empt it with a letter? I might not be understanding the circumstances of the letter, I've only read about it in this forum. Maybe Chris wrote an emotional letter to her? It would also endear him to the audience for a potential Bachelor stint. He sure is a handsome guy. Ahhh . . .

I don't see Nick getting much bad press anymore, in fact I am hearing "Passionate! Intellectual! Challenging! Hot! Funny! Mature relationship! The kind of man Andi has aspired to be with." It is really only on these boards that I'm hearing most of the anti-Nick stuff. I think someone hit the nail on the head when they said the whole Josh vs. Nick thing comes down to age. I bet the Josh board is filled with 20-somethings. Here, I bet we are all late 30's to 40-somethings. Not all, but majority. Do you agree? We know that Josh is an awesome human being, but he isn't right for Andi because Nick is there, and he is the one she loves. But, the Josh board confuses me in that when I was there yesterday they said that Andi was crying on Nick's couch. If so, she must let go of Nick it would seem. But, how does Nick "have a couch" like how do they know that? Also, I'm confused about the Andi-Josh snap chat rumor. If that is true she must choose Josh. But, it is like rumor and innuendo is fighting in my brain with what I actually see! Such an exciting season because of the mystery! (I love mysteries!) In the end, whatever happens, I'll be happy because I know it is just a show and doesn't affect my life in any way except that I hope for people's happiness.

So, for now let's get excited about the finale on this thread. Peanut Butter, Red Wine, It's the Little Things, "Nick is a once in a lifetime love", Shout it from the rooftops, Andi has come here for something different and has never felt the way she does with Nick, Passionate and Hot, Mature relationship. I kiss him and know what he is thinking, he sees all sides of me." There are just so many clues that they are together - and I hope it will last.

True! It's getting to the point that I just want to skip ahead to July 28 so I can find out what happens and move on with my life. Thank goodness I leave for a mini-vacation Sunday (to Nick's neck of the woods, ironically) and won't have hours to speculate here on the board and probably won't be able to watch the MTA live or I'd really be going crazy.

I think Chris is a good suggestion; either way I don't think it will change anything about Andi's choice or the direction of the show materially.  It's just a smoke screen.  
Loved Nick's tweet today about wanting a hug... not at work.  Definitely think it was a shout out to his lady... and like you I can't wait to see them out and about together, loving each other up.  
By the by Andi actually says: When Nick kisses me I feel what he's thinking - I actually committed this to memory b/c I LOVED that the sentence hit all the bases: physical, emotional and mental... and yes he gets her too - such an awesome chemistry to behold.

I actually like the idea of the producers having Nick and Andi film their sit down conversation for the AFTR, without an audience present.  Then at least Nick would not be put through that.

I just can't come up with any good scenario for Nick to be presenting Andi with a letter.  I am hoping that this is just some more tricky editing by the producers, in order to create a lot of buzz so people will tune in for the FRC and the AFTR.  If Nick had not been cast on Andi's season, then there would not have been much for them to work with.  None of the other guys would have given Josh much competition.

Whatever the letter contains, no matter who wrote it, I don't think that it is going to be addressed this next Monday during the MTA.  By dropping this bombshell on us 10 days before the FRC and AFTR are even being shown, they have created buzz. They have certainly got people talking.
