I agree.  A second necklace was added but it doesn't look like that little heart she has worn post show.

oh, i just noticed the necklace from the jewelry site is all one necklace that has 2 pendants. i wouldn't be at all surprised if the necklace she walked into the HTD wearing is the heart necklace and josh gave it to her when he gave her the flowers. we need a better shot of that solo necklace when she walks in. or, maybe josh gave her the double necklace at the murray's home.

she's wearing at least 3 different necklaces thruout this HTD. crazy.

here is the round medallion from the very beginning:


in her ITM/PI (whatever that is called) she has on another necklace. i think these were probably filmed later and she just subbed this necklace. sorry, it's not a good shot but it's different from the medallion:


then later she has on the 2 pendant necklace which appears at the murray house sometime after she walks in. i can't tell if th first photo MJC posted is the heart or the medallion or what. it looks like it could be the heart but i can't be sure.

Not sure if you can see it clearly enough from this screencap, but I'm pretty sure Andi already has it on when she's walking into the house with Josh. So it's either her own necklace, or Josh gave it to her along the way while they were going to meet his family
