I think it is never OK to declare it, That is something private between the two of you. Yes Andi stated she loved Josh from the start, but that was finale night when she realized it was love at first site. Like she told Nick the morning she woke up it didn't feel right, she knew what she needed to do and that was she respected him enough to let him not go through picking out a ring, nor walk to the final rose destination. Ashely comes to mind, with Ben. I get Nick is hurt and upset but if he truly watched the season like the rest of us, he would have seen she also had a connection with Josh, Nick was just to arrogant to believe it was not him, stating he would marry her, stating Josh was no good for her, stating all Josh did was eat and sleep.

Plus she has a role to play and cant state openly that she loves him. I also at this point dont know if i 100 percent trust all that NICK is stating, i mean this is a man who stalked her in Mexico, then at the MTA knowing he is not to have contact with her at all until tonight. Time for Slick NICK to put on his big boy panties and move on. JMO

Yup.  He didn't say it until she came out being her smug, cocky, cold self.  As we've seen often, she can play a part well until she doesn't need to anymore.   These are real people with real feelings and Nick let his out.  Not classy, but I get why he said it.  And really TPTB must not be too into this couple.  They gave them such little time and didn't do the usual watching back the emotional proposal for the first time together.  

Yes, but Andi started fighting back and I don't blame her.  No love lost between these two and it is really sad to me.  Josh and Andi are madly in love and they are not giving Nick a second thought.  Wish he had kept it classy.  Just my honest opinion.  

Nick is also getting bashed again all over SM.

It's one thing to sleep with someone when you're still trying to figure out your feelings. But, to sleep with someone when you're already in love with someone else? And then to continuously tell that person "you have a reason to be confident", to confirm you can't find that find this connection with "2 guys out of 1000 guys", and "everything will be alright tomorrow"? She took it too far.

Sorry, I don't.  I watched ONE clip of Andi with Juan Pablo.  Hell, I just read her tweets and I could tell what she's like.  He'd have to be a self absorbed idiot not to read her.  Eric did!

Even then we have Nick saying he still loved her at the MTA? Did he not see what went on with Eric?

Of course he is getting bashed. Most people don't think beyond the scenes that are put in front of them, and don't consider how they would feel if they had been in Nick's situation. And tptb ran the bus over him again by showing the bleachable moment at a point when he was sitting there defenseless.

He actually said it in response to her saying she never said she loved him. She was denying feelings for him and she didn't say it, but to him by having sex she was saying it. To him her doing that after he said ILY was making love, not sex. It was sex to her, but she set herself up for it.

If she didn't have to sell no feelings for Nick, this wouldn't have happened. Or if she never had feelings for Nick, then she could have not had sex with him. Please, I don't like that Nick said it, but Andi is not blameless.

Yeah, and I think you have to also take in consideration that sex means different things to different people. Like Courtney said in her book, she basically didn't care if Ben had sex with the rest of the F3 because sex was just a physical thing to her. I'm guessing a lot of people feel that way. And, then there are people like Nick, who really do think of it as "making love". To still go ahead with it, knowing how big a deal it was to him, just for fun? It's not a nice thing to do.

I'm confused by the seeming contradiction of 1. Nick saying in ITM during LDC that he wasn't sure of her feelings and wanted verbal confirmation and him clearly fishing for something from her when they were sitting on the couch--I think she finally said something like "You don't have anyting to worry about"--and 2. on ATFR Nick saying he was sure she loved him by everything she said and did, how she looked at him, and that they made love.

So which is it? Was he doubting, even AFTER they had sex, or was he sure?

The inconsistency is one thing leading me to agree with whoever said TPTB put Nick up to slut-shaming her on live TV. Ick.

Why not? Andi readily  admitted that Nick's revelation was true when she responded by saying he was hitting below belt. She could have denied it, but she didn't. So, yeah I believe him and more power to him.

And she said so several times.
