...and it looks like any lines drawn outside of the box (like all the esoteric moves done by Nick this season) were approved or induced by TPTB. So I'm sure they are still true until after contract expires (depends on motives by TPTB) - does handler travel with B/ette and contestants back to the US?

If the video is a foiler.( which it starting to look like) Andi and Nick both know about.JMO. And since Nick has been sneaky and production must like him to arrange all the extra time with her.

Time will tell.now he is filming in His home town ( who we don't know) could be local tv but a ABC station our local satiation interview local who were on the show,hover not follow them around.

They keep building this "GREAT LOVE" and Fleiss would be jumping up and down if he got his wish of a live wedding at the ATFR! It would be crazy no matter who is F1.

Yes there are contracts involved, but there's no way that contract can force Nick to sit on a plane, make believe he didn't get picked, say some insensitive things about his fiance and then say some pretty rude things about the guy he beat. They can't sue him $5 mil because he didn't agree to it. You can sue someone for defamation of character quite easily. If Nick willingly did this video to go along with production's master plan, Josh could easily sue him for defamation of character. RS posted that video on his site. Do you know how many people go to his site a month? Can you imagine how many people saw that video through his site or at least know of it and the things that were said? While they weren't extremely harsh, saying a man has a bad temper, only "shits, eats and sleeps" among other things, Josh could 100% go after Nick and ABC without a doubt. I've seen someone try to sue a manager at a clothing store I worked at for calling an employee just one name. The girl didn't win, but do you really think ABC or Nick would want that? I would bet they wouldn't.

Considering I think this video is legit, it doesn't make Nick look bad whatsoever. The guy was hurt. It's difficult breaking up with a significant other in real life, but to do it knowing you essentially "lost" her to someone else knowing this is going to be played on national television sucks. I feel for him.

I have heard, the handler travels only one leg of the transport. 
In the past, contracts have been posted on this forum. 
Contracts might change season to season, I suspect, but they do entail quite a bit of ownership and it used to be for 2 yrs --from signing. 
That entailed, cast showing up for certain dog and pony shows and other obligations and rights.

It's odd to me that none of the gossip rag or media haven't even gone with it? Interesting.

As to what I bolded above, if this is possible, couldn't Nick also sue the guys who said even worse things about him on the show? Talk about defamation of character! If there's a difference, please let me know. The only difference I see is that the TV show had an even larger audience than the video made public by RS.

Unfortunately, this show is not the 'real' world; it is the entertainment world.
If this is a foiler - Josh could conceivably go after ABC.... but not if he was F2 and wanted to be the next Bach.... or if he didn't want a shitty edit or if he wanted/didn't want who knows what else!!
All is NOT fair in love and The Bachelor! My guess is it's pretty twisted...

^ There is a difference. The things the guys said about Nick occurred while the show was being filmed. They all have contracts. You're free game while you're filming the show just like we've seen season after season. Filming ended as of May 9th. They had their wrap party that night. It was over. For Nick to be on a plane two days later no longer filming for episodes and saying those things? Well, that's fair game for Josh to handle it as he wishes and that's if the video is some sort of foiler. If it's real, no kind person would go after someone else who was hurting.

I am paraphrasing what I remember, and that is never a good thing, but I do believe in one part of the contract it is plainly stated the show may make the person look very badly. (like an azz, idiot, jerk etc) It plainly states that the show may portray the cast person unfavorably and not in a good light. 
So I would imagine once you sign that--you have opened yourself up for a lot.

How about Kelly Travis who called Nick bipolar and creepy pedophile? BTW, I asked her to remove the tweet, and I don't think she's responded. Also tons of people being very harsh and negative towards Nick. Can Nick sue them for defamation? Or the person who secretly taped and then followed him for more photos? Violation of privacy? I just don't know if anyone has any ground to sue anyone. Do we have any legal experts here?
