This is great. Thanks, nice work! But I believe, as do others including Molly, Andi is definitely chasing Josh.  

Andi "chases" Josh ... wants him to be more straight-forward with his feelings (about her) while keeping him "on his toes" with where is she with hers (gives him much less 1on1 time, mostly group dates, not giving him the rose right away)

Andi "chases" Nick ... wants to make him a believer (gives him constant reassurance) ... which she succeeds by ep.6 ... in ep. 7 he is going after her ... but for the rest of the episodes we have yet to see the angle.

ITA with the entire post. The last, yet 'elephant' obstacle for Nick : his fear of the failed engagament in the past. Im fairly certain Pookie put a lot of effort in the final stage . We shall see!

interesting    I haven't thought of that  :fishing:  ... yes, HTD concludes (from the preview, who knows how it actually went "down") with him saying that if his family doesn't approve this has no future ... and from that short clip of Andi's ITM ... they sure didn't make her time there easy (which is good, the family has to be protective of their own, and his little sister is a rock-star  ) .. now that I think, you might be onto something ... can't wait for the new episode.

Still disagree. Andi almost fell apart until Josh told her how he felt. Her reaction was priceless. Nick goes after Andi, and good for him as he should, but with Josh Andi is the one who had to let HER guard down. This will be a continuing theme I am sure.

As far as the relationship between Josh and Andi goes ... I think I wrote the same as you. The fact that she doesn't want to give him "a satisfaction" of some sort of reassurance and trust ... is like you saying about her guard being up.

I'm mostly concerned and interested how the relationship with Nick will play out. Because now something needs to change between them. (even if we support the idea of Josh being F1 - the change needs to come) Nick was going after Andi - yes, but with her push, she (with the producers) carefully decided where and when to place him for all the dates, (not)gave him the roses as an input (whether to do something for the next time - telling him that she didn't like smth - or that she liked something he did in that particular week) Beside, she was aware that she was putting a lot of pressure on Nick, regarding his relationship with other men in the house (yes, she knew she was making him a target) ... and still he came to her ... it was more of a cat-and-mouse game between them, when the roles sometimes reversed and you didn't know who is the hunter and who is hunted.

to me, the fact that Andi gave Nick the HTD rose is an epitome of she is still 'chasing' Nick. as Nick said in his PI : she could easily gave it to the other 3 guys--who all only got one 1-1 date--yet she still gave it Nick, the only guy who just had his second 1-1.

It is easier with Nick that is for sure. She had to drag Josh's feelings out of him. I think she was happy when he said "I am falling to love with you" however I think she was happy because she likes Josh, and needed a justification for taking him to HTD's. As you said we will have to wait and see what clues we have in future episodes.

She couldn't have given it to anybody else but Chris, since she had no intention of keeping either Brian or Dylan. Since Chris got it the week before, and since it certainly provided more drama for her to give it to Nick, I feel strongly that the producers orchestrated that, even though Andi probably went along with it willingly. But had Josh or Marcus been on that GD, there very possibly would have been a different outcome.

I wonder if the guys found out about Nick's sneak-out?
I mean he definitely came back to hotel room late, so he wasn't let go unnoticed, since every exit needs to be planned and approved and escorted ... but I wonder if they were aware of his alone time with Andy?

Rose ... easier ... yes and no ... don't forget that the question whether he is playing her or is genuine is still pending ... she may talk about believing him, but does she completely trust? Beside ... the story that guys brought up needs to be resolved by the end ... and not with the rejection, because then we as viewers would never find out the real answer, they need to show us something more real before the FRC.
