Nick Viall - Bachelorette 10 Contestant - Plane Vid - Discussion - *Spoilers*

^ Yes, I was going to say my little brother has an iPhone 4s and his can zoom in and out too. You can do it just by touching the screen or the +, - signs and it will work. If not bet2win, I would get it checked out because that would annoy the heck out of me. Maybe it's something the Apple store can fix? My phone always seemed to have glitches.

Anyway, my point was more so just stating that someone can easily relax back into their seat, rest their arms on the arm rests and hold the phone up with two hands as if they were using the internet and I would bet people wouldn't have the slightest clue as to think someone was recording someone else. If need be, it's simple to zoom in and out and an iPhone gives you great quality.

I would have to say this video is the real deal. Even though it just seems so odd for the stars and moon to line up so perfectly and fall into RS lap, I don't see the benefit for anyone to use this as a foiler. It doesn't make anyone look good, if Nick is her f1 it certainly doesn't make him look favorably talking crap about Josh. If TP were wanting to trip up RS I would think they would use some other means

Things would have to go absolutely perfectly for this person to video, and snap pictures of Nick, without him noticing. Very lucky indeed.

it isn't completely still but it is mostly still. first, we'd need to know if the plane was on the ground when it was filmed or in the air. like i have already said i believe this was most likely taken by a paparazzi so of course they can hold the camera still while sitting down with an armrest and tray table to rest both their arm and hand on. actually, it isn't tough at all to get a good video doing that that doesn't shake much at all. you can try filming something with your own phone and see how easy it is. i will say if it is a foiler they've done a brilliant job but for now i'm quite unconvinced of that.

one of the reasons it seems real to me is the way nick is chowing down. the producers really aren't into showing people eating while talking with a mouth full of food on the show unless it is a cutely date thing of feeding one another. leads have commented they barely had time to eat sometimes. it just seems so unlikely to me they'd have nick gorging himself while filming this.

If it's a true rant wouldn't TPTB want to hide it?  If it was a true rant and if it was taken by a paparazzi or even a citizen wouldn't they first try and sell the video to TPTB because TPTB have deeper pockets than RS?  

Add it to the growing list of why this is a foiler...
Unless the camera person was just dumb... their biggest play was with TPTB - and if this was a real Nick reaction, TPTB would have purchased it.  
The fact that it's out there means TPTB want it out there!

wouldn't that be considered bribery? "pay me for this video or i release it to the public." do you want to try taking on mike fleiss like that? i sure wouldn't. also, the same could be said of the grainy ben & courtney FRC shots RS had. why didn't MF buy those? like i said i very much think this is a paparazzi video so most of the objections wouldn't apply. jmo. we will all just have to agree to disagree for now.

Thank you rrR for your input in your field. IA - For me it's the fact that it's creepy, along with the airport shots, where no one seems to be around. Did everyone rush to baggage claim, and Nick stopped to use the rest room. Once he comes out, stalker is around the corner waiting? Along with a few other creepy HTD shots that were taken it makes you wonder in the world of SM who's watching. I don't have an iPhone so I don't know, but can't you hear all the clicks when the shots are being taken? or can you turn that off?

You can turn off the sound even for filming and still when you turn it on, you hear the sound.

It looks like Nick had his ear buds in.... regardless taking a pic from an iphone is quiet.
I do agree with the stalker and empty airport stuff though - I would think Nick would have noticed and moved away or something...

You can turn off the sound. However, that would indicate the person taking them was prepared. If you just randomly see a person and need to quickly snap a picture, you wouldn't have time to turn off the sound.

If it's done by paparazzi , somebody close to the production had to tip them off with Nick's itinerary and maybe possible seating info. That's kind of creepy! If I were MF, time to clean house!
