Not a whole lot of new stuff to discuss about Andi with Nick.   
And the video is quite pertinent to Nick's story line, whether it is a spoiler or a foiler

What did you think of it?

Especially seeing that he NEVER even needed/used the key  

That's against the law in Belgium.  They would not be socially engineered with a camera crew watching to give up a room key, without showing national identity card.  One of the most fake ruses in years for this show.  A true set up.

He needed the card to get to her floor, I suspect. But are we to suspend disbelief at the camera crew following him down the hall. So ridiculous. I'm sure there was never any thought to have him illegally enter her room -- freak her out by using the key to her door. Even with the set up, they wouldn't film it that way. It would create distracting controversy to what is storyboarded to be a romantic visit.

I just feel that it seems to dominate and that discussion about Nick & Andi per episode recedes in the background.

Not a whole lot of new stuff to discuss about Andi with Nick.

Understood however I detect a pattern over the past weeks and would like to suggest an alternative location.

About the next epi, are we sure Nick gets the GD rose?  
Are there any unaccounted for SCs that would identify him with Andi at the possible GD 1-1 location?
In epi 1, Nick talked about having been a father figure for quite a while. Why not a mother figure as there are 11 children and if all are actual siblings by blood then mom Mary would be the one preoccupied with infant care.  HTDs are coming up.  Time for each guy to reveal more.

We have the new thread for the plane video so we can all 'go with the flow' and discuss it there.
IMO It is definitely Nick that gets the GDR and has SQT with Andi afterwards.
To me, this is the reason why the guys all have their 'explosion' when GDR guy returns that night.
No real screencaps to prove that. Just logical deduction from the official episode preview.

As to "Father figure'... because he's a guy??
Fathers nurture as do as Mothers.
I did not take his statement of "being a father figure' to mean that either one of his parents were 'delinquent' in their responsibilities.

I don't think Nick takes the show aspect of all this very seriously. He likes Andi, wants to be with her, and is trying to pursue and relationship with her. If production tells him he can go to her room and see her, he isn't going to say no, the other guys will be upset (who says that?). He's the quintessential "I'm not here to make friends" guy.     Thing is, Andi loves it! She's the one who keeps rewarding the behavior and the general public, who is dumping on him, doesn't seem to get that. If she thought he was being creepy or if she was beginning to question her feelings for him, she's going about this totally wrong. When she gives him the GDR and the SQT next week, that's going to send a clear message to the other guys about what she thinks of Nick. If I were Chris or one of the other guys I would feel like I mine as well go back and pack my things.  Granted, he has committed some major Bach/Bette faux pas, but it hasn't been with out the encouragement of Andi. It makes sense that he was blindsided at the FRC.

Oh, I wasn't implying delinquency either.  Just thought perhaps his older sister, himself, and next brother may have had different parentage from the remaining children. Or some other scenario. Adoption, foster care .... or it could simply be 11 births; same parents.

I think Nick is an out of the box thinker.  He realized Marcus's date ended earlier than expected.  He wanted alone time with Andi so he approached production about visiting her.  They were "all in" as they know from experience this type of scenario creates drama.  They let the hotel staff know Nick would be coming. He could have told the front desk my wife Andi and I are staying in this hotel and I forgot my room number. Not sure why he needed a key?

And imo, Nick knew he was 'acting' as opposed to 'lying'.

AS IF the clerk wasn't aware that the show THE Bachelorette was filming at their hotel, where Andi Dorfman was single looking for a husband???
Duh!!

Watching this preview was one of my biggest laughs this whole season.

1. Because it's such a dumb show. (obviously production which travels with the guy with holding the camera could access the floor).

Agree with your analysis.  
I understand the other guys not liking that Nick is grabbing as much time as he has however I also understand that Nick doesn't want to wait his turn to see the woman he is falling in love with.  I like that he is keeping it real with regard to him making her the focus of his attention despite the cost.

Time is the currency of his actions and he is banking a lot.

If Elan was the handler for Nick I would certainly know that it was something Bachelor related. I would be on the lookout to see who he was with and if I could hear: sitting next to the person he was with I could pick up that he was a contestant on the show.  Elan would be the biggest tip off in the entire Bachelor franchise: he's pretty distinctive. 

I thought Élan was Brian's handler.... I feel like Chloep mentioned that. So he could have been at the end but I didn't think this was confirmed. Also if Élan was the handler isn't that a clue Nick was F2 I believe if u look at the history Élan is more often than not the handler to the F2 (ie Arie, Lindsay, Jason etc)

Who has been reportedly the handler for F1? Anyone know?
Or is there no rhyme or reason to who gets to babysit handle  chaperone whom?

I think Peter S. is for the F1 and Cassie is for Andi.

 To the bolded, absolutely agree. At the end of the day Andi loves what Nick is doing (i.e. flowers, stealing her away etc) and she keeps rewarding him for it. How else would he be expected to act.

And if the new timeline is correct, then Nick snuck to her room and two days later got the GDR and more alone time, which to me would say that Andi had absolutely no problem with him going to her room, in fact she probably loved it.

Regardless of what we or the guys think, Nick's behavour, actions and confidence are being positively reinforced by Andi herself.
