Yellow and purple bracelets represent various forms of cancer. His Grandpa could be a cancer survivor and Josh is wearing the bracelets to honor him on his 80th birthday.

Josh could be wearing them for his grandfather if he indeed is a cancer survivor but he appears to be the only one, and he was wearing them Memorial Day weekend as well. Aren't both of his parents cancer survivors?

Ryan said he picked Josh as the winner, the girl with him picked Josh too and said he's from Atlanta and that couldn't be better.
Then Andi said at 3:21 "he's a Bulldog though" and Ryan asked hers and she said "i'm an LSU Tiger" :yes:
