In my opinion, RS gets stuff like this every single year. It appears he's releasing a lot of it this year because maybe he wants to prove that he does have the right person as the F1.

To compare it to Des' season I think it is kind of foolish considering the two seasons are not comparable. The amount of things we've gotten that points to Josh as the F1 far surpasses what we got for Des' season. It's not just Josh and Andi that are giving us clues, it's also his whole family. I'm not quite sure why so many people involved would go to these far lengths for a fake result. Also, with snapchat you have to snapchat someone a good amount to become someone's favorite. Do you really think Josh would be willing to snapchat a girl that broke his heart to fool other people? I certainly don't think so.

What tptb really want is for people to watch.... and if talking about the show leads to more people watching, they thinks its grand. RS is wrong just often enough, that those who pay more than a passing interest in the show will watch to prove or disprove him. And then there are those other millions who will watch because they like the romance and the drama- and they pay no attention to what's in the blogosphere. Some of those people do, though, follow different cast members on SM for whatever reason- to sleuth, to be noticed themselves, or just to see what's up.

I do think that tptb are trying to figure out how, exactly, sm can drum up more viewers for the show. And I think that they're learning that knowing the outcome doesn't really effect their viewership so much. JMO.

Thanks Chloep. To say this is a foiler campaign in my opinion, is stretching it big time. Those two snapchats were Josh and Andi's official snapchats. There's no doubt about it and they were snap chatting each other. Not only have there been things between Andi and Josh that we've seen, but also with his family, and what we've been given. There's been so much piling up and I don't know why a family and Andi and Josh would go to such great lengths to go through with a foiler. We also can't compare it to des' season, because with Andi and Josh it's far too extensive and there's been much more. People make mistakes. Snapchat is a fun and silly way to communicate and I'm sure they didn't even realize there would be a way to trace it. I know they're supposed to be extremely careful, but it's difficult to be on guard 24.7 when all you want to do is talk and be with your new fiancé in a somewhat normal way.

I personally really like the fact that it does seem she really picked Josh as her f1. It just make sense. They live in the same city, similar background, etc. I actually think it's pretty funny and even cute that they go on this "journey" all over the world, but yet two people from the same city end up together. It's Andi's choice, not ours. I think people get too caught up in regards to being upset she didn't pick their favorites (which is okay! I'm included. Everyone has the right to have their favorites and root for them ) but it's also important to recognize that it is what it is. It's fun trying to figure everything out on our own like we've been doing and I'm still going to post clues that I find, but with all of this, it's pretty clear in my book that Josh is F1.

It really make sense to me not only because of the ease of their relationship, but also their values, and same city? This is a real good love story. You 're right, we all get so caught up with our favorites and take it personal. That's why, I am being very careful this time, I like Nick/Andi, but I like and see more with Josh/Andi even without the conversation, so we'll see after their one on one, but I strongly believe he is the one.

It doesn't, because I knew the F1 before the show started, but, you think I missed a day? Nop! I watch all the dates, sometimes 2 or 3 times, cus I love the romance,  love story and the human interactions.  I have never read RS blog, what I know from him is from reading the posts on these threads. I keep in mind that RS could be wrong (Brooks didn't come back, I didn't see it w/ them LOL), so, I just enjoy following the story. It's fun. People like Jas/molly and Des and many others are already spoiled, but they still watch the entire show and come to their own conclusion, and talk/blog about it, so you see it doesn't matter really.JMO

What interests me about the whole snapchat thing is 2 of Josh's "friends" sent them to RS? 
With friends like that who needs enemies! What kind of friend would do that, not to mention 2 friends.

We live in an upside down world where "Friend" on SM doesn't really mean "friend" in the normal, sane, traditional sense.  The fact that Josh, or anyone else on this planet, would need, accept, desire, approve of 20 thousand SM "friends" is just another sign that we, as a people, are going to hell in a hand basket.  What is the point of having 20K strangers following your every movement (bowel or otherwise)?  The evolution of man in the digital age:  Our egos are growing at the same rate that our brains are shrinking!

I can not agree more. Privacy is so important in my world, and everyday I see privacy in the world becoming less and less. Sometimes this is a good thing---I think of all the street cams that helped identify the Boston Marathon bombers. Sometimes it's not such a good thing. Either way, our world is changing as far as what privacy was, what it is and what it's becoming. 
Personally, what I've stated before is I try to take personal responsibility in my privacy tools. If I don't understand or choose to understand, then I best stay off that particular social media.

I think he is in somewhat unfamiliar territory & may have no idea about all of us just waiting for him to surface via SM or in person. & dissect  everything.  I hope he stays oblivious & true to who he is. He seems like a loving family man & I think he & Andi will be perfect together.

I think it was as simple as he stated. He likes being nice to people, but not on that app as it's a lot to deal with hundreds of strangers trying to snap chat you.

The people that gave it to RS didn't have to be close friends. It could have been someone he knew, but wasn't actually close with. For example, I have people that follow me and I follow them on snapchat from  high school that I wasn't ever really close with, but we don't send pictures to each other. Like Twitter, it's just another fun form of social media that media don't take too seriously. Not everyone on your follow lost has to be a close friend.

To be communicating with the lead on an open platform such as this one (snapshot) which includes people he barely knows and trusts is beyond stupid.

Even so, all of us have stupid and ignorant at one time or another. No one is perfect. Besides, not everyone is going to believe that he is F1 because of this? Just read other posts, you will notice many people are suspicious and are still 100% sure he is not F1, so, it doesn't matter.

What clues has Josh's family given us to spoil the season?
Do we know for a fact that that was Andi's actual Snapchat.....seems odd to use her real name.

I am not trying to find evidence that Josh is not F1.....my TV boyfriend will be just fine!    I really am just curious about those 2 things. Thanks!

I googled Brittany McCord's twitter and up popped the girl who posed for pics with both Aaron and Josh Murray.  The pics are somewhere on this forum and people had been speculating about what her relationship was to them - an ex-girlfriend, friend of the family, or just a fan.  

She tweeted Aaron in May:

It matters because it's such a stupid mistake on their part. Everyone knows by now that you can get caught from SM. Just ask politicians. It would have been extremely easy to set up new accounts that didn't have Andi's name and just use it for each other. I don't care about the obscure clues but hate the in your face ones.
