Yup. I was going to say I have snapchat and I never really actually look at anything. I go to my contacts to send the pictures and if someone sends me one I get the notification on my phone and just look at it. It's very easy to not even think about who would be in your favorites. It's clearly just a mistake and since we're here to figure things out for certain and search for clues, I'm kind of confused as to why some people seem a bit angry that this happened, when we actually just got a huge clue as to who she's with.

I think some people are upset because they don't want Josh to be f1 and they will not be convinced until the frc airs and it is all a set up by tptb if it was nick or marcus people would believe it jmo

Wrong. I have no doubt Josh is F1. What I don't like is dealing with another F1 like 1f and his family who had total disregard for following normal rules and spoiled the season early. Now this season with both families following/unfollowing/following on twitter, Josh's Momma's postings/likes on FB and now snapchat-gate I'm starting to wonder if these Southerners will outdo the Mormans in the spoiling game.

He seems like a loving family man & I think he & Andi will be perfect together.

Seriously, all these years I have watched the Bach show and was never aware of the secret society that I am enjoying, it is amazing to me. After chres season, I was so intrigued about how real life and genuineness their love story was, this led me to Chresville and I never left since. LOL, I need a life, right?
So, IMO, they didn't know about our secret society, they have no clue that there are detectives trying find out who the F1. According to his tweet, it was shocked so many people wanted to befriended him, and he went from 2k followers to over 20K. If he is the F1, all I got to say is "WELCOME TO THE BACHELAR LIFE JOSH! this is only the beginning.

I googled Brittany McCord's twitter and up popped the girl who posed for pics with both Aaron and Josh Murray.  The pics are somewhere on this forum and people had been speculating about what her relationship was to them - an ex-girlfriend, friend of the family, or just a fan.  

She tweeted Aaron in May:

I believe last time we saw those (and the pictures on IG), we determined that it seemed to be a photoshoot/product endorsement/ agent signing or something of the sort with the Murray boys right before Josh left for LA. She may have been friend or intern or something. And she was just having some fun with her captions. Harmless.

Does this mean I am not the only one that thinks this is a setup from producers?  

I honestly wouldn't put anything past producers ... especially having lived through Des' season as a die hard Chris fan. Several sleuthers/Chris fans worked very hard to build a case for Chris and when every spoiler on this Board joined RS in saying Brooks was F1, I finally gave up.

So ... I say SURE anything could happen this season. Bring it on!  :Woah-hoo: 

This occurred to me too ... isn't it PERFECT TIMING that on a week with no new episode, no recaps in the magazine, no blogs from Andi/Chris ... a week when it should be super quiet ... that RS releases a new set of damning "evidence" that Josh is F1 with snap chat clues and airport sightings.

And what are we all doing ... chatting up the show like crazy ... even more so than if there were an episode ... which is exactly what TPTB wants.

Sure all the evidence is pointing to Josh as F1 but just who is behind all the evidence that's leaking like never before???

ITA with all, this smells like set up to me. I am pretty sure, they prepare them about social media, and Andi, as a lawyer would know the importance of sticking to it. I am not saying Josh not F1, but, this leak is way to easy.JMO

Not me! At this stage, I could care less who Andi picks. I see the chemistry with Josh, for sure, and if they are indeed a happy couple at the end. Great!

What I find interesting is how spoilers/sleuthing has evolved over the years. Before ALL that we had to go by was screencaps and hoping that someone connected with show would spill beans.

Emily's season two years ago changed everything. Emily, Jef and his family were dropping clues practically on daily basis and posting more photos of Jef in airports, at PW events & with babies. At the time I thought ... wow, what a rebel! Jef is thumbing his nose at the almighty ABC contract and making sure fans knows he's madly in love with Emily and dying to start a family. Ha! Now in retrospect I would not be surprised if Jef and the ABC social media team planned his every tweet, IG and the infamous phone location showing us that he was at a safehouse visit with Emily just to take fans along for the ride. And, us JEM fans ate it ALL up only to crash & burn a few weeks later. It was all a huge lie and Jef is no closer to starting a family (or a friggin job) than he was two years ago. One. Big. Lie.

Des' season - and yes, bare with me as I am going to compare - we got virtually nada on SM with Des but we got 4-5 trusted, longtime spoilers coming out saying that Brooks was final 1 and claiming independent sources. There was no airport sightings and not too many SM clues except from Des' brother Nate and nobody knew for sure if he could be trusted. Toward the very end we got subtle clues from Chris pointing to him as F1 (pig shot, possible safe house pool shot) and pointing to him being next Bachelor (handing out roses with Elan in Seattle). Post rose ceremony to today some fans still think she "settled" for Chris and it will never work. Ask any Chris fan what we think about that ...

Now back to Andi-Josh. This season appears to be another "in your face" with social media clues helping to spoil the outcome, which means:

1. Maybe these leaks are just the way it is today and there is nothing that TPTB can do to stop Andi, her F1 Josh and her/his family. That said, as a lawyer and good little Fleiss rule follower, Andi of all people would be inclined to RESPECT THE CONTRACT.

2. Maybe social media clues and sightings of Andi & Josh (her F1) are being encouraged/supported by TPTB to build fan support/interest for the show. Ratings are always lower for Bachelorette so anything they can do to boost fan support by exploiting SM opportunities, the better for the show.

3. And, maybe, just maybe, this flood of SM clues this season is one big ruse orchestrated by the ABC Bachelorette SM team and agreed upon/helped executed by Andi & her final guys. Anyone who works in marketing can tell you that what's been done so far is not that big of a deal to pull off ... and certainly not by ABC.

So whether you're inclined to question everything, trust the spoilers/onscreen chemistry or are somewhere in between is up to you. I was burned with Emily/Jef's season and pleasantly surprised with Des/Chris' season. Who knows what will happen this season?

It would have been extremely easy to set up new accounts that didn't have Andi's name and just use it for each other. I don't care about the obscure clues but hate the in your face ones.

How was the leak easy and a set up? I don't think they assumed they would get caught using Snapchat because it hasn't happened before! Also this isn't the only slip up this season. You have Marcus and Chris following Andi on twitter when they're not supposed to.

Arrogance? I don't think it has anything to do with it. He probably got swamped with requests or followers and he didn't want to deal with the overload or production told him to delete it. I think it was as simple as he stated. He likes being nice to people, but not on that app as it's a lot to deal with hundreds of strangers trying to snap chat you.

The people that gave it to RS didn't have to be close friends. It could have been someone he knew, but wasn't actually close with. For example, I have people that follow me and I follow them on snapchat from  high school that I wasn't ever really close with, but we don't send pictures to each other. Like Twitter, it's just another fun form of social media that media don't take too seriously. Not everyone on your follow lost has to be a close friend.

I agree this whole snapshot thing is not arrogance. Its ignorance. And stupidity.
To be communicating with the lead on an open platform such as this one (snapshot) which includes people he barely knows and trusts is beyond stupid.

Even so, all of us have stupid and ignorant at one time or another. No one is perfect. Besides, not everyone is going to believe that he is F1 because of this? Just read other posts, you will notice many people are suspicious and are still 100% sure he is not F1, so, it doesn't matter.

OK Albeam, so, it's a stupid mistake, how does that affect you or me personally? We don't know these people from A to Adam, if Josh is F1 or not, it changes nothing in my life, your life nor their lives. It is what it is, filming is done. So, we simply have to wait, cus we don't know if RS is right, he has been wrong before. So, lets just chill and enjoy the show, we will know soon enough.
