Emusha,
Has the episode with Lisa's second 1on1 been aired? can't seem to find it on delishows, my go to for Bach Au. (It shows in quicktime, rather than Adobe video format).
Regarding Blake vs Tim, Tim has a big smile that lights up his whole face and he is playful. Blake is more reserved and seems to have taken his mum's advice to heart to be very respectful. I feel he is being so considerate that we aren't seeming him like he would be in everyday life. That said, I think he is one stand-up guy.

it's on watchseries.it norcalgal!
you're so insightful!! yes indeed blake seems to be very aware he's being respectful of the girls completely and therefore holding back and mainly reacting to them
....the 1on1 did air and despite all the anticipation i was very underwhelmed by her body language and her right after her telling him she's falling in love him saying "i hope you can trust that and know that it's real" ...ummm ok...hehehe i don't think she's into him at all -- i think he might be interested but she's def giving of veryyy diff vibes not seeing the chemistry between them the convos & physical touches veered toward awkwardness as well

she's a beautiful person, very very funny, very intelligent
sounds like sam or laurina to me esp because he says "very very" highly doubt that it could be chantal and Lisa doesn't exactly make him LOL much . he looks totally drained from the media rounds though -- it seems like it's a job for him at this point...
p.s. on the subject of sam -- i really like how they're building a solid foundation of being able to communicate with each other and even have difficult topics that they both see themselves working through - i think blake's pulling sam aside during that time with the intruders set the tone for that and how vulnerable he made himself to create that space for communication...i think he deserves credit on this front... he put in as much as he wanted sam to meet him half way and he asked her (from what she described) to give him more cos he needs it...

Sounds like you're a Sam fan, emusha. She is so dang cute, it's hard not to root for her. I very much like Zoe and Louise as quality girls. Laurina is very unusual and entertaining but I'd be really surprised if there was something there. Editing could make Lisa appear more detached than she actually is - time will tell. Nice thing about the AU show, is I don't get so invested! To me when he said "beautiful person" in that interview, it ruled out Laurina - not because she is not a quality person, but she is stunningly beautiful.
I see Sam as the only girl Blake is having to work for and that is usually a valid sign that she goes far.

Re: The Bachelor Australia - Season 2 - Blake Garvey - *Sleuthing* - *Spoilers* - General Discussion -
to be honest my absolute fave as a bachette is actually chantal...I just don't know if it's too late too little for her and blake -- i think they've got some physical attraction and they've built great rapport but i don't think it's going to go very far just cos of how things kicked off
...in any case I do enjoy sam quite a lot cos of how clearly we can watch her feelings progress - she keeps it real making her relatable &endearing! at this point though, I can def see him going various ways ... somehow with the aussie show it's possible to watch the interactions and their differences pretty clearly not cos of the edit just cos of who they are and how they're connecting -- i think it's also cos the contestants and bach are also very realistic and taking it slow - they all seem very conscious of "building a genuine connection and getting to know each other" i mean which bach/ette show ever acknowledges that these people were mere strangers a few weeks ago! these ppl on the show are def much more realistic than many of the US bachettes i really like how they're all just taking it in stride and don't feel the need to fling themselves at him (even jess I don't find cray cray like the US gals she just seems to want to discover what there could be vs. declaring her undying love to blake heehe)
.... I do love observing body language and based on that - I sense that some of the interactions are building better than the other ones --- for jess i think the "beyond physical" is still building, for sam the "beyond emotional" is still building, for Lisa "beyond mental" is still building and for laurina "beyond fascination" is still building. IMO his body language is the most open with Lisa, Jess and Sam... he turns towards them, initiates contact, maintains strong eye contact, sparkling and smiley/animated faces etc....
I also watch the girl's body language and right now --IMO the girls with the most "have caught feelings for blake" are Jess, Sam and Zoe (Zoe less so than the other two gals).
I don't particularly find Jess' hyper "on" personality compelling but she is probably at the front of the pack with how Blake feels about her...he looks pretty smitten! My hestatition is mainly whether they are actually getting to know each other well beyond the fireworks and phermones ....and Zoe's in her bubble a bit for us to get to know her and Lisa has given me "not that into Blake" vibes from the get go -- in any case esp after seeing how much effort blake is putting in -- I find myself seeing Sam at the intersection of positive progress from various sides at this point in the show but it's yet to unfold/truly build based on how they really connect after this point esp cos she's now much more "available" and his initial chase is somewhat over. is this more than the chase with him? What i'm kinda reading from some of his body language with sam in epi13 that he's breaking eye contact and his ears are burning -- hinting that he's maybe feeling embarrassed and/or guilty - totally diff reaction to the convo with chantal where he came off as somewhat indignant and careless
With Zoe I think he's into all her various attributes but I don't know how much the magnetic attraction is there (the fact she was on a 2-1 is a clue for that) -- i think she's def an analytic person and reserved more than others. With Louise it's been slow going cos of timing and she's a bit less outspoken and outgoing than some of the girls -- just seems in the earlier stages than others but he def likes her a lot. I think there's potential to go somewhere with Louise! With Chantal I think all the components are there but I wonder if it's all a bit late in the game...I think Blake and Laurina like each other a lot but they're both figuring out how they could work as a couple

Jess comes of mature and serious in this interview. good for her...editing did NOT do her justice to show this side of her...

Jessica: I just don't really believe in the whole competition thing, because everyone is so different, and ultimately only one person will end up with Blake, and the right person will end up with Blake. You can't compete or manipulate that. It's either the guy is meant for you, or he's not. I think the only time you bring competition into it is if you're weighing up threats, and I really worked consciously not to compare myself to the other girls. I'm not capable of being them; I'm not capable of being as funny as Sam, or as talented with designing clothes as Lisa, or as baking as amazingly as Louise. So based on that, you just can't compare yourself; it's unhealthy, you hold yourself to a standard you won't meet.

Chantal agreeing on the F4:
Popsugar: So who do you think Blake had the strongest connections with?
Chantal: There's about four of them I think he has really lovely connections with, and I think the viewers would probably agree. I see the connection with Louise, I see the connection with Sam, and Lisa, and Jess. I really, really hope he chooses Sam, because I love her to bits and she's just my number one. She was like my little sister in the house and we bonded so much. We have a very similar sense of humour and we were on the same page. I think he'd be missing out if he didn't choose her.
