Can't get this off my mind: If Nick was F1 and Josh F2, wouldn't TPTB try and recruit Josh to be the bachelor... seems like he'd be the perfect choice... thoughts??

I would love Josh as the bachelor.

For me the guys said a couple of times in France what good friends Josh and Nick are. Has that now ended one week later? I wish we got to see it. They are my favorites and I would rather see their friendship than either of them with MeAndi.

Well!   .... I have a highly biased hypothesis that the edits of Josh, Marcus, and Chris, [side note: I'm on the Nick=F1 tinfoil hat bandwagon] while positive and deservedly flattering, are really light "F4" edits compared to other seasons. Why? I'm thinking that they would love to have Marquel Martin as the next bachelor.

If they go light on the edits for Josh, Marcus, and Chris, there is less chance for major campaigns for any of them as Bachelor - which paves the way for Marquel. I do adore Josh, but they have portrayed him as somewhat one-dimensional, which creative license allows for. I think he's a true gentleman with a big heart and a good head on his shoulders. And, he's the "same-old-great-handsome-white-guy" choice.

JPG was a "fiasco," so am thinking that they are floating Marquel out on BIP to test the waters, and see if his strength of character remains the same as what we have seen so far. (shameless metaphors acknowledged as a nod to the franchise meme.)

I'll throw out that we are seeing the best of three/four guys, but with no clear "Bach Front Runner" of the bunch in order to make way for the smart, funny, gentlemanly, family-oriented, sincere, and thought-provoking man that is Marquel.

The Off can is the one thing that convinces me Josh is F1. What are your thoughts on that?

I really don't know for sure.
First, that could be an old picture, or even from DR. We never saw her face so who knows when and where it was taken?
Second, don't they usually stay inside for safe house visit? If so, why did she need Off for?
Don't forget Nick was supposedly out of town during that period.
So, to me it could be a clue or part of the foil campaign

I have been to Georgia is the summer time, those mosquitoes can pick you up and carry you away. I am not sure that's much of a clue. Plus, I agree that a safe house visit wouldn't require OFF spray as they are not allowed much outdoor time.

We've seen pictures of multiple leads and/or their F1s outside during safe house visits. As long as the house is secluded and/or has a high fence/wall surrounding it they can go outside. And if Andi was indeed in Mexico, then the likelihood of her and her F1 being able to be outside increases IMO.

Agree. Des and Chris were in their pool and this is where Chris took his infamous "safe house" picture. ;) Not that everyone agrees with me, but I believe Josh and Andi were in Cancun together. RS confirmed it and I think he might have an inside source (family member) emailing him. Just my opinion. Not saying this is right or wrong either. Andi and her tweet I think pointed to her being there also. Possible it is a foiler, but highly probable it is not. When Molly gets back from Cancun and she does her next podcast with Jason, she might drop some clues. Hope so anyway.

It just means she was in possession of a can of OFF written in Spanish, which one generally only buys in a Spanish speaking country.

On its own, an Off can of bug spray is not a clue, but it was in Spanish. I am not sure Andi even realized what she was doing. I really don't think she was doing it on purpose. Just making a silly comment about how it was for Family. We are just too good at

Well all I can say is that I sure as heck hope we hear more about the origins of the airplane video and Nick's thoughts about it when the season ends.

If Nick is F1, we just might not hear anything at all ... unless Fleiss & Co want to gloat about their best foiler ever!

I'm on board with pondering if the plane video is a foiler, but don't we now have to include snapchat in that too? That foiler would include Josh's involvement, which seems a bit farther than they would need to go. Not impossible, but more of a stretch.
