Nick has a wicked sense of humor in real life  and not everyone appreciates it. I know this is his fan thread and we should be positive but I can't stand negetivity towards him, which is unnecessary IMO. I never say anything negative about any other contestants because honestly we don't know them!   Sorry about the venting, carry on with Nick love please.

I always read this guy's recap blog, he's pretty funny, but had been behind this year so I just caught up. If you have time, go back and read from the start of the season. His observations are pretty spot on. IMO, of course!

Anyway, thought you all might like this one, it's a recap of the last few episodes and his take on a few of the "controversies". Definitely pro-Nick.

Hi All,

It’s been a while since I’ve posted (I generally don’t watch Bachelor seasons), but Andi’s season has pulled me back in…. I’ve been lurking for a week or so on the site.  Nice to see so many ‘regulars’ commenting… I really appreciate the conversation and banter…. So Hi to you all. 

Felt compelled to write about Nick.  I find him to be a real game-changer contestant; I really like him.  I loved that he is refusing to be contained by the confines of the show.  I love that he was skeptical and that in spite of himself that he’s falling in love.  I loved that he sent Andi flowers.  I love that he is extremely composed and articulate about his feelings and the situation.  I LOVED that he pulled Andi aside for a passionate kiss during this last rose ceremony, even if he had a rose… and it looks like he’s going to pull her aside next week for an unscheduled one on one in Brussels.  But most of all, I love that he is confident about his connection and vulnerable about his feelings.  

Nick has said that Andi is his priority – he is doing everything to let her know that he wants her.  I think he is respectful of the other men, but not willing to put his needs second.  I can only imagine how hard it is to balance the inherent conflict of the show and I really admire the way he’s carried himself.   In spite of the insults and accusations that have been hurled his way, he’s conducted himself in a most respectful and gentlemanly manner.

Go Nick GOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Take it with a grain of salt. It always gets heated from this point in the show onwards where the edits mess with our heads and the leads have their heads already messed with.
