And yet JJ is not being branded as having a temper, or arrogant. Hmmm wonder why?

EXACTL, I looked back at the sscene last night and was shocked to see how little Josh had to say, verses the first time veiwing

To the bolded, I think that may have to do with the difference in facial expression. Their actions were similar but Josh's face show much more anger. To me they both looked silly stomping up the stairs and talking to a door. In the end Andrew still got a rose so it was futile.
I've said this before. There is no evidence proving some of the other guys did or did not already talk to Andrew about this.

IMO, they were trying to show that Josh is a stand up guy, and already cares enough about Andi so that she's not disrespected. He's being protective. Most women like a man who will stick by them thru thick and thin ;)
This show aside, it IS disrespectful if a guy seeks phone numbers while supposedly dating you.
It also is disrespectful to the other guys there, who may be sent home because Andi may think that Andrew is into HER.
Also being a devil's advocate here....Andi deserves what Andrew is dishing. After all, she, too, seems to be leading ALL THE MEN on. Karma.

I'm not certain who has the most say in setting up the dates, but I wonder if Andi decided to go along with others ahead of Josh because of her instant attraction to him out of the limo, and knowing that he was her type, a "type" that she knowingly could easily fall for. Could she possibly have been willing to give the other guys who she wouldn't necessarily be drawn to if she saw them in a bar a fighting chance by trying to get to know them sooner? I think she mentioned that Nick wouldn't be someone that she would typically be attracted to. Not sure if I am explaining myself well, but there was instant attraction and chemistry with Josh, and she knew she wouldn't be sending him home very soon and there would be a 1-on-1 date down the line. So why not focus on developing some other relationships before then?nannymargie wrote:I thought that the producers set up the dates?

They always show her interactions with Josh at cocktail parties (except for the last one) so it is obvious to viewers that he is very much there. And in the first epi she made it very clear that production "nailed it" with Josh. Sooo her type.

Right. Now, if people hadn't watched the RS spoiled videos of Nick on the plane saying Josh had a temper, is there any other evidence thus far that would show that he does? Time will tell as the episodes air if TPTB care to include any other temper, temper incidents involving Josh.Iam4UGA wrote:Piper61 wrote:JJ brings the matter to Josh's attention, and then when they bring Andrew out to talk about it amongst the three of them, I was expecting JJ to begin the conversation since he was there, yet he didn't, and Josh did most of the talking. That could very well be the case and makes a lot of sense. If Josh got an early date they may have had to have and X rating to this series.

^^ I agree JJ didn't need to follow him up to the room. Andrew needed time to regroup and it "looked like" Josh and JJ bullied him. (Note the quotes, that's how it seemed to me on TV I think that was TPTB induced as they needed some drama.) These two and the other men involved much later exhibited behavior of wheedling out the competition.
Anyway all these men are vying or posturing for position and some with strong personalities like Josh will confront, and some who aren't that strong will instigate, like JJ. Some who perhaps could look like "players" will come out. I think the joke on Cody having a girlfriend was done to see if he is one as he could be definitely mistaken as one right - very cocky. Andrew is probably more subdued in his actions but if I was in any girl's shoes and I see a group of handsome men, I will probably give my number to the guy who showed me some interest. So with that said, it is possible that this is just how Andrew is, it happened the third night or first week so I don't think he's formed a strong attraction to Andi early on to hide his true skin, also possible that he just wanted to show them (other men) up. Andrew probably was counting more on developing the bromance instead of romance at this point.
Anyway, the drama is natural (and TPTB enhanced) when men "who want to protect" and/or "who want to eliminate competition" decide to single out someone who has different goals than the pack. And this is when leaders of the pack start vying for that position. Interesting to watch actually and I might just start taking that pack mentality as my theme this season. -- My .02 cents.

Not that sure but it seems like the ones that have the early dates fizzle out early on too. Some do get to the F4 but lately the ones with later dates seem to have developed the friendships with the lead that turned into romance. You are right tho, I think with Andi and Josh the physical attraction is very evident from the start.

I would buy tickets to that show but never for Hilary.
