Yes Marcus handed her a note.  He was also the first guy we've seen to use the "love" word TO her, I think.  Says he believes in love at first sight.  The guys are falling FAST this season.

I haven't watched the epi yet.  Reading about this issue with Andrew, if the guys went out to eat with him and he accepted the waitress's number why didn't they confront him on the way back to the mansion or when they returned?  How did this get to be part of this particular evening of filming?  Don't you think that just makes it a bit of showman drama on the part of everyone involved?  Just doesn't make sense to me to wait if it was really that much of an issue.  

Or maybe I misunderstood and it did happen just before the blowout?

JJ was with Andrew along with 3 other guys, Andrew told them when he got back in the car.....  JJ told Josh at the cocktail party....
