Andi Dorfman - The Bachelorette 10 - Discussion

Actually for those perusing here, the discussion is really quite mild. I have not added my real 2 cents. 

Of course it works both ways, and I think it's ridiculous. I don't know why people must be so harsh towards people we don't even know. I'm all for discussion and disliking someone, but for me when it gets deeper than that it just goes overboard, but regardless, I like discussions. 

Since the General Discussion Thread welcomes discussion, I don't think it necessarily means "I have to stick up for my couple" IMO. I think it's simply some people dislike Andi and others like her. That just means both of those parties are going to have that back and forth discussion if both sides want to join in. Both sides gets their points across.  

To be fair, people that don't like a certain couple can still post in the fan thread as long as it's in the rules, but it doesn't make it any less "ugh"

Because we can.  I am not saying to go out and do this. I am saying what is harsh to one person may not be to another. We have site rules. The mod team tries very hard to objectively monitor posting to stay within these guidelines. 

And please, everyone yet again, let us discuss only the cast mentioned in the thread.

My mistake, didn't realize talking about a scene in the previews released on television or in the media counted as spoilers.

And I would add: For the same reason others defend people we don't know... because we get invested!!

Just to clarify, No spoilers in ANY threads other than those titled SPOILERS. This makes it easier for those who do not want to be spoiled regardless of what the media has published.

^ To be fair, I think there's a difference between defending someone versus calling them a horrible person, heartless, cruel, etc. when I usually reserve those type of words for the despicable people I read or hear about through the news. If I saw someone I didn't know getting bullied in real life, such as on my college campus, I would most certainly defend that person.

We see what we see and many people see her as a heartless , cruel, self absorbed , and horrible person.
