I think it's the lighting. One picture is darker and the other is lighter. I still think it's pretty clear in the picture that Kelly posted that Andi does have a tan. In the picture that was posted of her today she does have a tan, but it's just much more visible considering the lighting is very light.

AT that time there was nothing about being reconsidered for the post after her obligations were done.

Did we see the resignation letter though? Maybe the reason the letter came out now was all the reporting said she'd resigned but didn't know that she'd like her job back.
