Juan Pablo Galavis was hardly a familiar name until he surfaced on TB. Like some have pointed out, he should have been more reasonable in handling the situation. I'm sure his mother will work hard to reestablish him but he'll never reach the pinnacle that he could have attained with the help of TPTB. Unless JP changes his way of thinking and his behavior, even with his mother's help, he'll be no further ahead than what he was before he came on the show.

I love all these posts.

To DWTS, that is fine, I watched last season for Sean, I would have watched this season for JPG and now won't so at least they lost one viewer in me. Not even Davis and White are enough to get me to watch the dying show that is DWTS now.

Interesting idea that he wanted to increase the discussion on gays with the pulpit he has. Funny he is evil for his comments, but Chris Harrison says almost the same thing a month later without the word pervert and it barely even gets commented on. Maybe JPG was actually irritated that he knew TPTB would never have a gay bachelor and choose to do what he did to throw them under the bus?

Many of you assume this kills his media career and in the USA it might, but in the Spanish speaking world it may actually work in his favor. There is a growing backlash of the xenophobia exhibited by TPTB, this could easily become lucrative for JPG as hispanics the world over get angry at the show casting him and making no effort to try to show any of his culture or traditions, they just chose to edit him as a jerk. He may still become a huge media star on Spanish tv. Something that might fit his comfort zone much better anyway.

I am so happy for Nikki's admitted commitment phobe ex to get paid by Star magazine, the lowest of the gossip mag low. Don't care what he says, since I think Nikki is awesome, if this idiot needed to have freedom instead of Nikki then he obviously isn't too smart. Good for Nikki she got away from him.

It's a sad state that he comments how awful JPG is and then says Nikki will have déjà vu after dating him (Ryan). Poor Nikki.

He says that the reason they split was because she wanted to get married and he didn't. the article doesn't mention when they split.
